Loved that the shuttle went anywhere requested within 2 miles. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts offered at hotels, had eggs/omelets, sausage, and pancakes daily from attached Twig restaurant kitchen, plus an assortment of pastries, and cereal. Had a nice pool/hot tub with attached arcade for kiddos. Did not use the fitness center but they did offer free printing from the business center (it's just one computer/printer). It was pet friendly.

The carpet was old, the rooms were dated (would rather see updated rooms than extravagant lobby), a smell filled the room whenever the fan turned on and smelled like sweaty people. There was no ketchup for the scrambled eggs.

Bteakfast bar sstisfactory. Self-serve not do good. Choicrs pretty extendsve- if highly caloric--breads and sweets. Hot water tepid. Hot cakes/waffles requred microwave-not good. Fruit and oatmeal okay. Juice options good. Hotter food and a little staff might improve ambience. The shuttle bus is fabulous and that it us on call is remarksble. Sensitivity to needs of viislitng patients is outstanding. Have stsyed at the hotel before and will sgain. Shuttle drivers excellent and engaging. The ability to leave one's car after checkout to go to appointments snd return to retrieve the car to go home is amazibgly thoughtful. Rooms fully outfittrd. My traveling companion noted the grenerous number of drawers. Beds lovely.

The breakfast bar--but that it is included makes the hotel a wonderful value.

I think the room was a little outdated, shower was not hot, and plug ins didn’t work but the 1 wall outlet did. this isn’t the property but Twigs is hooked to the hotel & the hostess was rude & not friendly at all. Waiter was great. Please do not put people by the elevators. It’s VERY hard to sleep.

Room size is large. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle on demand to Mayo Clinic is great, although it is little more than a five minute walk from the hotel. The on-site restaurant, Twiggs, is excellent. Try their Bacon chicken wild rice soup, yummy.

The room is a bit dated and has a shower/tub combo, not my favorite. My wife said that the breakfast was mostly unremarkable, falling short of what it should be for the room price paid.

The front desk person Sydney was very helpful. She changes the date of my stay and moved me into the tower. I saw such good reviews in Booking.com that I decided to try it out. Lots of hotels have shuttle service but this service is on demand. also there is plenty of parking. I could just park my car and keep it there even after I checked out and return after my appointments to leave. This hotel seems particularly good for long term stays but I will return even for an overnight stay. This has more the feel of a family owned business than a hotel chain. The staff were very helpful. The shuttle driver had been with the hotel longer than 40 years!

Love having such wonderful service and such friendly shuttle guys that make you feel at home. Love the restaurant inside the hotel where staff are amazing

Need more comfortable recliners for patients that have surgery

Shuttle to and from Mayo was very easy and responsive. The drivers were personable. I did have a rental car also for errands, etc for my loved one in Mayo. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get to where I needed to go. The attatched restaurant was fantastic!

Initially when I realized the building I was staying in was not the new/modern building depicted in the ads, I was disappointed. However my attitude soon changed. The room was quiet. It was easy to get to. It was a very pleasant room.

The atmosphere of the place was really nice. The restaurant patio is beautiful and the location can't be beat.

My room was great except one small thing. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy and you couldn't choose to turn it off separately from the light. There was also a ventilation fan between the living room and bedroom that was always on. The noise of these two fans was hard to get used to. I might have used the pool and hot tub area, which was big and pleasant. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming, however. Perhaps it needs better ventilation!

I love the shuttle to and from the hospital. The suites are very comfortable and have everything we need when staying for blocks of medical appointments and recovering from surgeries and procedures before the long drive home.

The Location for going to the Charlton building to visit my daughter after surgery was super fast. I took the shuttle which was also a huge perk.I didnt have to pay for parking to go into town. Had a kitchenette and could make my own meals if I wanted to. I also had furniture so I could relax. There is a workout center a hot tub and pool to enjoy if there is time after your visit to the clinic. I would stay here again.

Everything met my expectations and I didn't have anything that stuck out that I didnt like.
