The room was very clean and had plenty of space. We were provided an early check-in and late check-out. The connection to all of downtown Rochester and Mayo via the Skyway was great. There are several very good restaurants within a block of the Hotel (Terza, Bleu Duck). Parking (while not free) was convenient.

There was no microwave in the room. There was no free parking, no free breakfast. I'd have preferred to pay a little more to have these included. Others may appreciate that they're not. Just be sure to add the cost of these to the base room price if you're comparing this property to others that include them.

Left a toothbrush behind and called in to report it. I had to make a reservation going ahead before the register, the actual finding of the toothbrush memo to all the help as one of these electric $80 toothbrushes you know how that goes. Anyway, I think it’s a poor way to treat past customers and future clients should be great. Glad to see you’ll look into it and move from there if that’s a policy it’s a dumb one.

I was not aware there was a breakfast. We had Keurig coffee in the room (not the best) and had to check out and get to Mayo. by 7:30 a.m. I thought there was a bagged breakfast to go???

We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant; however, it was extremely expensive. The floating floor in the restaurant was difficult to negotiate for a person using a cane and it was noisy. Nice staff and comfortable and easy location for short walk capability. Thank you. Parking was in a ramp. We were lucky to have a Handicap tag so we could park close to the elevator. It was nice to be able to walk to Mayo. without going outside, however, it was a longer walk staying inside. Just saying...

The room was very clean. The location was great for the purpose I was there. Lots of restaurants near the hotel.

Pillows were not comfortable. The check-in process - from the time I parked my car, checked in, go back to my car, find the parking ramp, and then find my room from the parking ramp - too complicated. Parking ramp right outside my window.

I appreciated being able to get around downtown through skyway and subway. The Crave restaurant/bar in the lobby was a nice night cap after being out for the evening. I would stay here again.

The room was on the small side for 3 adults. I did not like the barn door style on the bathroom. There was not a lot of privacy in the bathroom.

Exceptionally Quite for sleeping at night in m room. Super clean room and hotel. Located right next to the public parking ramp - easy access to lobby area Connected to the Downtown area "Skyway system". I was able to walk to the Mayo Civic Center completely inside the 'skywalk system' within 10 minutes. Amply access to many downtown restaurants in addition to the hotels own internal "Crave" restaurant. Great exercise room. Finally - Super Quiet at night for sleeping!

Great location for going to Mayo Clinic or enjoying downtown dining near the river.

Clean and convenient. They need to rotate and flip their mattress more often. I’ve stayed at Indigo several times and often one side of the mattress has significant more wear to it.

The rooms are comfortable.

I interacted with a total of four people at the front desk. One woman was exceptionally good but three were actually rude and unhelpful. And I will add unfriendly. They are the reasons I will not book with you again. Traveling with someone who is ill and you are tired and then there is a question about the reservation- and the person on the desk gets annoyed and Dismissive??? Finally a new person came forward, fixed the problem, gave me a bottle of water and coupons for a drink. It made all the difference. Word of advice. Tell staff to stop interacting with the computer screen and look at the customer. Eye contact is great.

It was clean and had a great view. The connecting walkways to the hospital made it very convenient for the appointment in the morning.

The food in the hotel was extremely pricey. Next time, we will plan ahead and eat before arriving. We also had to pay to park in the attached parking garage of the hotel where the hotel told us to park/was their parking, which seemed very odd to me.
