I liked the location, the valet service was helpful, skywalk or subway access to many locations, the high water pressure in the shower felt nice, friendly staff

High water pressure for the toilet, it was so loud each flush I flinched every time I used it, all neighbors toilets flushing were audible every flush through the night, I'm sure it saves water but holy smokes. You can feel the force in the flusher as you push the lever down. The door in the bathroom is a sliding barn door type with no lock, and it sticks open an inch or 2. That didnt bother me as the flush was so loud it didn't matter if the door was wide open or slid shut anyway

Wonderful staff service! All front desk personnel were especially helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodations themselves, which had been updated since our one previous stay. The property was clean and the room was comfortable.

I was slightly disappointed by the noise of motorcycles and loud cars racing up and down the street in front of the hotel on the Thursday night, but realize this is not something the hotel can control (although I wish they had contacted authorities, since this hotel is patronized by patients of the Mayo Clinic who have medical appointments and may need rest.

Yummy hashbrowns at breakfast, valet parking/ shuttle service was awesome and very prompt, pool was clean and warm, restaurant that provided room service was amazing. Very nice front desk people.

I would have liked some biscuits at breakfast. Also, I wish the meal was included in the cost of the hotel. Chair was not very comfortable and the toilet was so loud when flushing. You could also hear the elevator every time it would run.

GREAT Breakfast Great value. Unfortunately,discovered breakfast quite by accident. Was not aware of this until leaving the room in the AM the first day.. There was no guide available in room outlining available services. Phone buttons did not work to connect to front desk, housekeepting etc. (Had to use main number to reach front desk. )Did ask as to how to contact and was informed to dial a "1" , then a "9" and THEN hit button, but this did not work. Can commend staff at breakfast Ann ("hostess/waitress") and Deb(cook) and cook last day Friday(unsure of his name). All SO VERY friendly and helpful. All seemed to truly enjoy their positions! Shuttle drivers also exceptional, So friendly and helpful (Jason, Maverick and Abryelle - hope I did not massacre her name) The friendliness of the staff "made up for" my other criticisms. The room was ALWAYS clean and in order when returned after a long day at the clinic. Also not first great impression as had originally gone to the new Hilton and no sooner pulled up in front and staff came out to assist with bags and arrange to park car. Informed was at wrong site. When car repacked and arrived at the correct Hilton, there was no immediate response to help with bags or car. This 'stood out" as was so different. Again, no guide in room for services. Was a TV scchedule that appeared to be "cut out" from a brochure -it was "stained " with food or coffee. Needed a shower bench which was quickly installed. (I would have thought as a room designated as for the disabled. someone should have asked on check in if this was needed as i had assumed (bad word) that a shower bench would have been included.Asked upon check in if wanted "room Service" Was given flyer from local restaurant with menu and note of 20% gratuity and a service fee. Tried calling the "restaurant" X3 calls with no response.

I loved the location of the hotel and ease to get to Mayo Clinic. I came into town with my wife for checkups at Mayo Clinic. We wanted a hotel connected by the skyway and/or subway so we wouldn't have to go outside during Minnesota January days. This location allowed me to use the skywalk with ease to get to and from my appointments.

I knew about this before booking but you could easily hear the traffic noises from broadway avenue out in front of the hotel. Having been to Rochester before, I knew how load Broadway Ave could be. While the noise wasn't unbearable, I do wish it had a little more noise suppression.

We weren't able to do the breakfast or use any of the amenities due to appointments at Mayo Clinic. The room was nice, decent size. The only issue was the noise from the street but it is a city and this I am sure can't be helped. The staff we interacted with were polite and helpful.

Outside noise made it very difficult to sleep. Obviously it wasn’t something that the hotel could control, but rooms facing the main road get a lot of road noise.

Loved the valet parking. We were there for 5 days, with many visits to Mayo Clinic and Mayo Hospital. The valet parking at such a reasonable price was outstanding. The desk people answered ALL my questions with much patience and understanding. Thank you. We will use your hotel for our future Rochester visits.

The staff was incredible. The dining room, the cleaning, the front desk - all were very friendly and helpful.

Need a better coffee maker in the room. Those cup things are not good for the environment and making only one cup at a time is annoying. A real door with a lock on the bathroom would be much appreciated. Barn doors are cute but not practical.

Staff was very accommodating and kind. Rooms were very clean. Pool and hot tub were wonderful.

The breakfast was a little pricey for what was being served but the wait staff was so kind
