The staff was very pleasant, free cocktails, and machines allowed you to play and have fun rather than just feed!! Very nice comps!!

They could use a better breakfast restaurant offering. The Fairbanks restaurant was a little pricey, good food but not worth the price in my opinion.

The room was clean and there was ample towels the hot water was very hot. the bed was comfortable.

my biggest complaint is the smell of cigarettes everywhere. as soon as you enter the front door until you exit the door the smell of cigarette is very strong. the room had a very strong smell of cigarette.

there was no ashtray in smoking room,, it smelled old in the room but was clean,, also no microwave,, I recently paid 65 for a room that did include fridge and microwave,, other than that had a great time

it’s pet friendly, the casino was clean and allot of games choices and also our room was very clean and we had everything we needed it not then they made sure we got it!! They need a dog park and most of all they need more dining options especially during the week! It was sad to see the dinner closed and the buffet closed down years ago they had the best diner and buffet in Tunica now they have a place that’s open until 10pm “that’s all “ and they have stuff you would get at a bowling alley and it’s over priced for sure!!! so I think they need more dining options and a specific place for your dogs to use the bathroom “A dog park”!!!!!!

Location was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful, you couldn't hear the music or crowd from the casino in your room which was wonderful. The coffee shop downstairs was great and so were the restaurants as well. Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and they provide you with plenty of pillows.

I wished the restaurants ( or at least one) stayed open 24 hours. We didn't bring any snacks so at 2AM when we were done with the casino for the night, my husband and I were hungry so we had to drive to the convenience store down the road.

The room was great. Very clean. Would love to stay there again. But I would not gamble there. Machines do not pay off.

Bad slots. Never hit anything. Not even enough to keep playing for a little while. Don't like those coffee pots in the room. If you had Keurig in the room we could bring our own pods. And enjoy our coffee. No one else was winning. It wasn't just me.
