Comfortable room but no laundry. We had to use a laundry service. A/C was cool and the biggest advantage was using the boat dock at the resort.

When water from shower wet the floor, we wiped it with the bath mat. It turned almost black. The floors were dirty. The shower rod fell down when I tried to close curtain. The bed in our unit-206- had the bed next to a sliding door with old vertical blinds which didn’t close completely and there was not privacy.

The double units were great for our family and the kitchens were stocked well. TVs in all bedrooms, washer/dryers in both units were a big plus. The balcony table was wobbly and there were 2 mismatched cracked chairs-- but there was a great view of the lake.

The carpeting in both units was worn and stained. The 2nd unit fridge (not freezer) stopped working but luckily we had a 2nd fridge. The 2nd unit deadbolt didn't work well.

The waterfront Condo with beautiful views , nice wood burning fireplace. comfy space . Very clean

pots and pans and utensils need replacing, toaster so cheap hardly worked was not working properly, blinds were worn and broken, needed replacing . Front door was cheapest lock with a push in button , not secure at all , very disturbing! Pool area not clean, old and in desperate need of updating . Outside of entire Complex very dated and appears run down.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. You can tell it had been updated in recent years. We had a side view of the lake. The full size refrigerator was also a great feature.

The blinds on the windows did not keep out the light from the porch lights, so our room was very bright at night. Extra curtains would help this! I would have also liked a USB port and a clock.

The place was clean and spacious. Had dishes and utensils. Walk in room so no stairs but the upper level probably has a better view of the lake. The bed was king size and comfortable.

The view to the lake is very limited but it's right on the lake so just walk down to see and you can sit outside and see a all part of the lake. They say there is a small slope to the lake but it is steep but you can drive part way to the parking lot so it's not as far. I'm not sure where you could rent a kayak or boat.

We liked that there was both indoor and outdoor pools. There was an ample variety of cookware and utinsels, a fullsize fridge, two hot plates, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. So we were able to make a few meals in house. It was not crowded on the property. The rooms were spacious. The beds were adequately comfortable and had several pillows. The couch folded out to a fullsize bed as well.

We could have used a little more lighting in the room especially over the sink and mini kitchen area.

It was a great location down by the water. Room was excellent especially for the price. Nice atmosphere. Beautiful property. Decent fishing as well caught a crappie and a smallmouth. Among a few smaller perch.

The only thing was you practically had to do dishes after every meal. Could definitely use a few more cutlery sets per room. And can openers. Other than that it was great

The Resort moved us to a different, much nicer room when theAC at the first unit was less than expected. I should also mention the room we booked through Booking.com had a number of unsafe stairways.

The original booked room didn’t have handrails to the second floor.

near Tablerock lake

The accommodations were ok, for one, we were booked into a Handicapped room. none of our family is Handicapped. The resort is made of 3 different condos #1 and #2 are older and less expensive and is further from the lake. #3 is closest to the lake. We never got to see accommodations for #3, but we had some friends that say there room was amazing.

We loved the location, the room was nice and enjoyed the view.

The indoor pool was open but too cold to stay in. And the tree outside our patio needed to be trimmed to make thae lake view better. AC had some issues the last evening.
