Comfort Inn St Louis - Westport Event Center

The room was big and clean and I had a wonderfully large pool

I had a question to ask the front desk after we were checked in in our room. I had to wait for a gentleman checking in three rooms. And it took just forever. I am a patient person but this was ridiculous. I was there for almost 25 minutes and there were three people behind me. I finally had to leave. They were severely understaffed at the desk.

Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and clean with a pleasant smell. Breakfast bar was tasty and better than expected. I think the breakfast bar was so successful because of the friendly and diligent attendant, she did a great job! Good selection of hot food.

Carpets in public areas need replacement and the hall had a strange smell.

We loved the safe location, parking on all sides, nice and helpful employees. It was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The pool was a nice size with plenty of chairs. They have several outside seating options as long with bean bag games. It is right off interstate. They have a great size mini fridge and microwave In each room and carpet was clean inside room.

Didn't like smoke seating was near the door ( I don't know if it is a designated spot or if people just choose it)

friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk, good breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds.

Minor things; no idea what channels were on the tv, the guide on the tv was ineffective and there was no sheet listing channels In our Room 443, the plug on the lamp doesn’t work so I had to move nightstand to access the wall receptacle to charge my things.

Personable front desk staff, comfy first floor room for us and our dog, nice roomy beds and a table on which to eat our dinner (surprisingly lacking in some other, more expensive lodgings.) This was our second stay at this Comfort Inn, and we were not disappointed that we chose it for a second time! We will likely be back, next time we travel. :-)

I wish the location was slightly easier to get to, but perhaps I'm spoiled, as our other hotels were right off the freeway. That being said, it wasn't a major factor, and, as I said above, we'll likely be back next time we travel.

I really liked the location. The hotel was really clean and the layout was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully come back in the spring.

I really can't find anything negative to say. I was here for 3 nights and 4 days. Probably parking was a small issue. I think there is a large night club in front and the hotel is on the side kinda strange.

Overall, it was nice. The room was clean. The manager, Alvin, was very attentive in handling an incident involving the bed in the room.

There was a metal piece sticking out of the side of the bed that I cut my ankle on. The mattress was hard. There were some obvious remodeling flaws. Some of the bathroom fixtures were not secured properly.

I like how quit it was in the property and around. Felt safe with my 5y/o daughter. Everything was nice and clean staff was wonderful and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning to this location next trip to the area

No complaints about anything

The breakfast is great, makes it worth it! The pool is nice and the beds are comfortable. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

When the toilet ran, it was really loud, but maintenance said they'd fix it. Didn't tell them about it until duringcheck out.

My stay was top notch..the staff was greet..and everytime i lost my room key I was cheerfully assured that it was no problem at all.. The front desk was on point with the intake of my data ..and informative in the Times and location of meals checkouts and everything i needed to know. And my stay was so great i stayed an extra 3 days ..and if that dont show that i felt like i was at a place that felt like home...i want to assure other guests that They will be greeted with a smile ..treated with respect..and provided with a service Fit for a king. The room was clean the bed was soft and it smelled good..the tv was new and i played my gaming console in high def in a very cozy leather office/exec chair..bonus The space was roomy and totally comfortable..but the memory of my stay The smiles laughs ..and laidback reminders to come square up for another Night without hassle or pressure.. What can i say i liked nothing..because i LOVED everything about this hotel ..staff ..and location respectfully Ray Conway Jr. Rm 207

I can find no problem with my visit at the hotel. Perfect in all areas .. With that said i want to comend the staff For setting the bar high..maintaining excellent service..and polite to patrons at any giving time..
