Motel 6-Maryland Heights, MO

My room had no bed bugs, the price is affordable every week. The staff is professional, they help, and reasonable. They dont harass you, they protect their property very well and you can bring pets here with no complications. Beds are comfortable to sleep in.

Not to much to say what i didn't like. I didn't have a microwave in my room like other rooms but thats ok because the lobby has one. And the buses routes are long is very long. Windows wont open all the way but it seem like its for our own safety

Close to the interstate, making it easy to get anywhere. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very nice. It is an older facility. Older TV and microwave but both were in working order.

Close to the interstate. Non-insulated windows let all the traffic noice be heard. Heavy inscense smell in the hallways but luckily not noticeable in the actual room.

Microwaves in room and my peep hole for my door to my room wasn’t their there for I couldn’t see who was at my door at all

No microwave in my room or freezer part of my mini fridge

I really liked the location we came in for a concert and it was like the next exit which was wonderful for out of towners .very easy to find. very comfortable bed. This was our 2nd time staying there and we will always stay there from now on.

I wish the food business would stay open later but I was able to find food just right across street from hotel. that Denny's is amazing

easy check in and out. fridge was and room service option was unexpected and great items to have as a traveler. . beds were made VERY TIDY and smelled fresh

no hair dryer, or tv guide. room service was only avail until 8 pm on a weekend night.

Location was great. Was able to find everything I needed in the area.

I am a Motel 6 employee. I was told I couldn't receive my discount because I made my reservation online. Not true! My room wasn't discounted and Motel 6 charged my card TWICE. A bit of an inconvenience but overall a good stay

Cool air. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. I've been using Motel 6 since the 80's. "Rarely" have I ever been disappointed. This chain is an economy class for people, (like me) who don't want or need all the bells a whistles. You don't order steak at a hotdog stand. If you want "luxury", stay at the "Ritz"!

Overall my experience at this Motel 6 was better than other places I have stayed. The staff was so nice. I had a small issue in my room with maintenance and they quickly resolved it. Great rates and good service.

It was really busy during check in time, so I had to wait to get my room. It took about 20 minutes. I did have an issue should have been fixed before they rented me the room, but the staff quickly got maintenance to address it for me.

They didn't book us for our whole trip they called us while we were sight seeing and asked if we were checking out and I told them we were supposed to be there threw the 4th and then they said I had to book another night and they couldn't just take it off my card.

location and even if it was next to a major highway it was quiet.

needs some updates but overall it was nice. Covid problems with not having services ,like breakfast , cleaning rooms daily,that would be helpful for traveling.
