Clean, quite, parking and location was what we wanted. We felt safe there. Seems like hotels always have the worse TV service and there wasn’t great but at least this one had a guide so you could find a few channels to watch.

Day 1 they must have cut grass and a lot of it ended up in the pool. Use a grass catcher. Day 2 staff cleaned the grass out of the pool but they had no towels out. Check out day the elevator didn’t work. No note posted on elevator. We stayed 3 nights so we had a cooler etc and had to haul it down 3 flights of steps. Ok if your 20 not for two 60 year old women. Beds are very soft and we like it firm but we slept ok.

The location was good for where we were going. We really liked that there was a restaurant next door and gas station across the street. The room was clean and seemed to have been recently upgraded. No carpet on the floors and a really nice tiled bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

At check in I (I am hearing impaired) had a little trouble understanding the young man who checked me in. I know this is not his problem completely. It would be better if the staff would communicate in sentences rather than just one word questions. "ID?" "Car?" Other than that is was a good hotel. We did not eat breakfast as we slept in.

Almost all staff was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Great breakfast food.

A older woman that worked in the kitchen & was wearing house slippers when we came downstairs for breakfast our first morning there, still not sure what time breakfast was served so when we asked her, who was sitting at a table eating breakfast, and we were standing in the serving room, she turned to is and said "Oh no no no. Not until 6 am!" And was gesturing for us to leave the area. I said "It is 6AM!" Then the woman turned to her plate, picked it up, then went back to the kitchen.

I loved that there is a large convenience store at the gas station and a restaurant next door, I had lunch there twice, very good!!

At breakfast it said until 9:30 and at 8:40 there were no more omelets, I asked the girl in the kitchen and she said they didn't have any more, strange... because I would have to stock up until the end, I think the manager wants to save breakfast and the girl in the kitchen was very rude when I asked why it ended before the time, the girl in the reception was very polite and helpful, but apart from that my stay was good!

The staff were all very helpful and hospitable. They were cheerful and friendly. They kept everything clean and neat. They all were very professional and showed that they wanted their jobs to be done well. The breakfast bar had a very good selection of warm and cold food items. The rooms were very nice and had plenty of ammenities for a lengthy stay if you needed. The colors, decor and furnishings throughout the hotel were tasteful, comfortable and nice.

Disappointed that the pool was not available during this time. However understand it does have to close for maintenance.

We’ve stayed before and returned to enjoy this hotel again. It checks all the boxes and is a great place to stay. We especially love the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Eve at the front desk was super at check-in, and both Jessica at the front desk and manager Krishna were very helpful during our stay. Terrific staff at this hotel!!

Everything was great. We highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Close to airport, clean room, friendly staff. Close to several restaurants and convenience/gas station across the street.

The hotel management was kickinging out a lady that had been staying there since her apartment had flooded 10months prior. We offered to help her financially and she said no she had money.

Clean, quiet, large room with a super comfortable bed, nice linens and good pillows. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. The sink was outside the toilet/shower which is very convenient for 2 people. Good shower pressure, free-flowing drain and we appreciated the grab bar. We spend a lot of nights in hotels and this was one of the best ever.

Everything was great! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a better than average continental buffet and more than enough seating was available. Common areas were clean and inviting.

There was construction dust left behind in the hallway but the room was clean inside. The office chair was wearing through the seat cover. Bathrooms are on the small side.

The staff was excellent. Very clean room and the whole facility. Breakfast was awesome.

That I was charged on my debit card when I paid cash! It took all the money off my card that was supposed to be for my Grandson to use at the concert we went to and when he used it transactions were declined! I still have not received the money back on my card! From my understanding it was booking.com that took the money off my card!
