The staff was so helpful and very pleasant. Our room was very cozy and clean, and was located perfectly. Breakfast was very delicious! We would definitely use this location again. And would recommend to friends traveling to that area.
The elevator was out of service when we were there, but that's just a minor inconvenience. It did not impact our stay.

Check in was so fast and inviting.. The young lady checked me in expeditiously & was very very pleasant. I know a Hotel is Supposed to be clean. But This was AWESOME. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The living room was so spacious. The balcony was so peaceful. I really really enjoyed myself.
I didn't like that I had to leave. I am definitely staying here again when I come back.

They had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Check in and check out was super fast and easy.
I guess there had been noise complaints on our floor. We got a 2:30am call from the front desk trying to see if we were the cause of the noise. We were trying to sleep. Wasn't very happy about being startled awake.

Very nice room and pretty quiet.
Breakfast was not available until7 and we needed to leave much erlier. Most places have free breakfast these days and most everyone starts early so travelers can get fed and go. Not sure why they are so out of Synch with the norms.

Breakfast was okay, quick and easy checking, friendly and inviting front desk staff, cleanliness was awesome, hotel was beautiful, I would stay again.
Having a list of restaurants for travelers for dine in due to restaurant closure, more organic breakfast options, the only thing that was irritation was the light outside the patio that kept flickering on and off, which interrupted my sleep, there should be an option to pull a shade down or something to block that light at night

The beds were really comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Breakfast wasn't included. They upgraded my room to a balcony and charged me more without asking if I wanted to.
