Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Louis Westport

The staff, the one that I spoke with, was great. The front desk attendant. I believe her name was Jennifer. She was helpful. Other than that, there aren't many staff present in customer view. The room was ok. Long and narrow. I guess I'm used to a more spacious room. I like the two tier level design of the room & the couch.

There wasn't much that stands out that I strongly disliked. But, like I said, the room was narrow and seemed kind of closed in. 8 out of 10 I feel is fair. For Fairfield.

A very nice facility compared to other hotels in a similar price range. Also a above par gym by comparison.

I killed three inch long worms around the base of the toilet. You need insect control. Breakfast was not hot, but room temp at best. The front desk clerk at check in was a very surly young man who might do better at a job where he doesn’t have to meet the public. Or maybe some training on how to deal with other humans. The young lady at check-out on the other hand was quite friendly. Maybe she could give the young man some tips.

The location of the hotel was only 10 to 15 minutes from our family. ✔️ It's close to a lot of eating establishments, stores and more. ✔️ Our first room was next to the kitchen and it was very noisy. Front desk quickly moved us to another room and we were accommodated for being inconvenienced!!✔️✔️ We didn't get a chance to enjoy the continental breakfast because we were always on the go. My favorite part of our room was the walk in shower AMAZING, instead of a tub and the water pressure was good & strong ✔️ (I've had a knee replacement and it's much easier for me to walk in the shower than to crawl in the tub, you feel me 😃! Children running up and down the hall ways unattended late hours of the night. All hotels should have a certain area in their hotel for guest with children, especially those there for sporting events. When we're on vacation we want to relax, rest, sleep late if we desire, and enjoy our stay and not have to deal with a lot noise from children!

Everything about the property. It was centrally located to restaurants, gas stations and most importantly the highway. The staff was awesome and welcoming. Terry Johnson and the rest of the hospitality crew made my wife and I feel as if we had checked in to our own home! Thanks and we are looking forward to the next time!

There were no complaints on our end. Our room was nice and comfortable. And the hotel itself, is centrally located. We will be booking there again.

The best part about this place was the staff! 💕They were all so friendly and helpful. Seriously the best staff of anywhere I’ve ever stayed and I’ve stayed at several high end resorts (where you come with the expectation of “you get what you paid for”). Those ladies deserve a raise!

bed is comfortable & quiet. daytime manager, she was fantastic.

hotel needs update, I find cigarette butt in 1st floor hallway, outside trash bin was over flowing( spilled on outside, elevator & hallway is dark & small. hotel should have some toothbrushes & toothpaste to give out, guest like us( lost luggage & arrive tired from Europe)

I enjoyed the room, breakfast, and most of the staff.

The pool had way too much chlorine in it and a night manager called my room and spoke to my 10 year old daughters about noise instead of talking to me, their parent in which my daughters were not even making noise. Supposedly someone complained about noise and instead of thr manager coming to the rooms to actually see if it was our room he just called and spoke to my daughters and made them feel bad when they were doing nothing but on their phones in the bed.

The bathroom had a very nice big sink with lots of space for toiletries and the shower had a handicap handle and a rain-like shower head. The beds were REALLY comfortable!

The breakfast buffet was poor. There were some premade breakfast sandwiches but they were cold. There was no waffle maker. I didnt see hard boiled eggs either. WORST: our room was not made so we got back late at night and the beds were still a mess and nothing cleaned. With no one wearing masks and covid basically over I expected housekeeping to be up to speed!

Location was great; ten minutes from the airport. The staff allowed me to check in early. My room was already on arrival. Everything was neat and clean from the lobby to the elevator to the guest room. The bed was extremely comfy and the shower was spacious and relaxing.

The breakfast was great. The staff was great. The parking and distance from everything was great. I was beyond pleased. I wouldn't change anything about my stay.

The hot water went out on my last day. I wish there was a hot tub and patio.
