The room was spacious the beds very comfortable the view of the mountains was spectacular with the changing leaves.the food was absolutely delicious and a buffet for breakfast too .the food was so reasonably priced as was the room. there was a hot tub and heated indoor pool that was open until 11 pm it was wonderful. And I had to change my reservation twice and the staff was so accommodating and patient. Excellent place to stay! There was a very nice feel to the place It felt like it was a throwback to a much nicer time in society.

No early check in.would like an option of one brighter light but loved the lighting fixtures and the toilet/shower room was very tight quarters

Town and Country is big enough to hold your entire group but still feels cozy. We stay here every winter and the staff is always friendly and the rooms are good sized and clean. The pool is a big hit with the younger members of our group. We have had supper in the restaurant in the past and it was always very good too. Listen carefully to the directions from the desk person regarding finding your room. The numbering system for the rooms is unique.

Room was large and clean. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were an absolute blast in the winter. Our child also enjoyed the arcade games. Close to ski resorts and other activities.

Dining. You can't pass mac & cheese with a bit of chicken bits as Chicken Cordon Bleu. Pizza slices were actually pizza corners. Things costing extra weren't clarified up front, and we waited a long time.

Conveniently located on the edge of the town, easy to find and get in and out. Facilities include sauna and small indoor pool, which we used. The room was clean and spacious.

There were no rules for people behavior. Next door people were partying well past midnight, laughing and talking very loudly. Noise insulation was not great in the building, and we couldn’t sleep until the party ended.

It was an excellent location for our stay. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and had extra pillows. The view was beautiful. The layout with the door to the interior hallway was quirky in a good way. I love when a hotel has unique vibe. The AC worked great and was quiet. I loved that the windows could be opened to enjoy the cool night air.

The shower head did not have great water pressure. The fan noise in the shower/toilet room was obnoxious. Because it was a fan and light combo, you had to listen to the noise when using the toilet too.

The hotel is an older place and could use a bit of freshening. For the price though it was a nice place. The rooms were clean and it is located just outside of town on the edge of the National Forest.

The mattress was serviceable but completely worn out. It was an old spring style mattress and it felt as if you might roll onto the floor if you were near the edge of it.

We came with 3 other coupes and every one of us were very pleasantly impressed with the selection and quality of the food available in the restaurant. We had quite a diverse selection off the menu both nights we were there and everything was DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend adding an order of the stuffed mushrooms to the Chicken Parm! It was AMAZING and the Prime Rib was Exceptional!

They went above and beyond! Having access to a walk in shower with a shower seat was a HUGE plus. The only thing that I can think of is accessibility to walkers/wheelchairs since the distance between the rooms - pool - restaurant is a lot further than my legs and back can endure since my accident. I dd not anticipate how far it would have been or I would have brought my own, maybe just have one or two on hand could really benefit someone. Also, if you know someone is requesting an accessible room take a moment to explain that there is quite a distance between all the facilities and stairs to get to the restaurant.

This was a very nice place. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you need. The workout, arcade and pool/hot tube were all in great shape everything was working. The dinning area had a great layout and a beautiful view. The staff were very accommodating. Location was and view were perfect.

A little dated.

The heated pool & hot tub were amazing after our long drive! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was so delicious! I'd definitely come back!

I didn't like that we weren't able to park in front of our room because someone had parked there after we were told we would be able to. No fault of the hotel though!

Bed was very comfortable. Sheets were fresh and clean smelling. Air conditioner and tv worked fine. Pool and hot tub were nicely maintained with towels available.

Bathroom was a little tight to get around in. We did see a bug, but in a rural area they sometime get in. Everything else was clean.
