The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was quiet and we definitely enjoyed the pub attached to the hotel. For the price the hotel was great. Would definitely recommend and if we are back in the area we would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the property itself. For the price we paid everything was as expected.

queen beds were very comfortable, visually pleasing modern decor, arranged very efficiently and comfortably, air conditioner controls very easy to use and worked very well, walk in shower was so nice and big! bathroom was sleek and modern, shower pressure was surprisingly good, sink counter was great, very clean and great use of space for spreading out toiletries with plenty of room, lots of open under sink shelf space, great quality and comfort.

Needs larger logo and Welcoming signage at entrance door, not an obvious eye catching area when pulling up from side street, pull up front door car drop off pick up area at entrance is very tight and narrow, tight parking also in that parking lot on that side, hallways were narrow, use of luggage cart from front desk was challenging going through hall and doorways (with a friend who is blind), especially getting from front desk to East wing way at the end. Anthony at the front desk was especially helpful, kind and knowledgeable, but spoke very softly so he did have to repeat a lot, otherwise he was great (FYI, no, we are not hard of hearing either!)

My overall stay was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, spacious room with refrigerator and microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breaktfast was good. I really like that 99 restaurant is on the premises. I would definitely stay again.

My original room had a window that was connected to the hallway which I never seen before at any hotel, but I was moved to another room after speaking to the front desk person. The air conditioning is controlled and won't stay on.

The room and the bathroom were impeccably clean, which for me is the most important thing, and the design quite nice, not so obvious. The staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was a nice surprise, simple, but very clean and it even had freshly made waffles ….We will return!!

if you have suitcases and arrive at midnight, tired after a long trip you don’t want to have to drag them up two flights of stairs …. also the corridors are not so nice

The breakfast was great! Hot eggs, bacon, and potatoes every morning. There was also complimentary cucumber water and chocolate chip cookies out in the lobby all day, which we GREATLY appreciated. The room was very cute and BIG.

The only downside was the location. We had figured it was walking distance from downtown Nashua when we were looking on the maps, but the walk was actually a lot farther and more difficult than it seemed.

Good size rooms, bed was comfortable & clean. Bathroom was clean and the shower worked perfectly.

Only bathroom issue was the sink, it did not drain properly. Continued to fill up while brushing my teeth. Also, as I entered the building and was going up the stairs, there was an unpleasant odor, hallway only, not the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was having hip replacement surgery next morning - Di got us room on first floor close to lobby - very appreciative for that. Also, room was very clean and comfortable.

Room was absolutely HUGE! So much room for my kids to run around in! We had a king room and it def fit a double stroller, a baby walker, our lounge a bin of toys an still plenty of room for 2 rambunctious babies to run an do laps after the ride down there! I was trying to stay longer but unfortunately they were booked up so I had to go to another hotel in the area .. that room did not even come close in size! Highly recommend if your staying with kids!

99 restaurant was in the basement and not really accessible if you need to use a stroller. A lot of stairs to get down there an no elevator

Bed was very comfy, room was nice and clean, staff was knowledgeable and informative. Pool area was nice and clean also. It was nice having 99 restaurant attached to hotel, especially on the first night, after driving in for the weekend grab food right there and relax for the night

There were all no smoking rooms, but at least they put me in a room close to a smoking area, the breakfast might have been good if there were staff to restock supplies especially the coffee. I mean when breakfast is until 10 am, you expect food n COFFEE to be available at 9:30 am.

We chose this hotel looking for a modernized room for a fair rate and definitely found it! Right when I checked into the lobby, everything looked fresh and the staff were beyond friendly. The room was very spacious with plenty of lighting, the air conditioner, bedding, floor and bathroom were all spotless and I was very impressed with the build quality of the bathroom. From a plumbers perspective, there was no expense spared on the faucets, and good choices were made for the shower valves and water closets, very good water pressure and everything was done by the book! Vito at the front desk even went out of his way to check for a wine opener for us! We felt so comfortable here and the hospitality shown here is nowhere to be found home in CT or RI. We will be returning shortly! Live free or die!

I only wish I remembered the breakfast closed at 10 am, will definitely wake up sooner next time for that it looked very good!
