its out dated. The building material is probably also thin because you can hear everyone thing from above you and next door. we had a drinking party next door but the staff was great and took care of it immediately!

It's a beautiful resort, the majestic mountains are beautiful as you stroll around Fox Ridge. We enjoyed the hot coffee, and the breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we asked questions or needed something for our room.

It's a beautiful resort, the land the resort sits on is beautifully maintained. However, the resort needs updates throughout the facility, such as the indoor /outdoor pool, miniature golf area needs updating/repair, and game room needs updating. The resort is clean but has a very old-fashioned feel, it would benefit from an overall facelift on their interior designs.

We have been going here for a # of years and the last few stays have seemed to lack a bit more than the times before. Outdoors could use some updating...even from simply sweeping off the heavily sand covered driveway to updating the overgrown landscaping as you approach the hotel or filling in the pot holes. The breakfast was okay...a choice of pre-made basic omelet, sausage patty and tator tots were the hot selections in addition to the standard bagels, breads, cereals and beverages. Kiddos loved the indoor pool...a tip...if you plan on just watching and not swimming, be prepared to sweat off about 5lbs, phew! It is quite toasty in the pool room, which is fine if you are swimming. It literally felt like a sauna. Outdoor pool water quite cold, but seemed clean. The pool area could use some basic gardening and cleaning though. Rooms were standard and good and clean. Ours smelled of old cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room(?). Other than those small tidbits, I'd say worth the price and we will likely stay here again. The location is great!

Cigarette smelled room (in our non-smoking room) Grounds could be updated and just picked up in general (not littered in trash, just overgrowm, etc...) Parking is not the best, but nothing to hate.

The property was perfect for our family. My parents, daughter and I were traveling to Santa’s Village, Storyland and the outlets. This was located in a great spot, but was also super entertaining for my 4 year old. We mini-golfed (nothing fancy, but she had a ball), played on the playground and swam in the indoor pool. Breakfast has many choices, and was perfect for all travelers. The loft in our room was perfect once we rearranged the furniture a bit to feel safer.

The loft felt VERY unsafe. The beds lined up with the railing that had a huge gap between the ceiling and the railing. I worried my four year old would accidentally roll over it (push through it) in the night, or accidentally bounce over it hopping into bed. Probably an irrational fear but as cute as it was, we had to rearrange the beds. I just turned the frame put her mattress on the floor so the bed frame was a barrier and she wasn’t up OVER the railing. Then, we both slept safe and sound.

Clean Room. Nice for what we needed it for. Really nice views and great location off main road. The room was spacious, and AC was nice and cold. Shower was nice and strong. Bathroom clean and updated.

Adult only times in pool would be nice, even if it was an hour. Indoor pool very cloudy needed chlorine. Hot tub needs an upgrade. Game room very hot . Heat from laundry room with door open. Air Conditioner not on. Very stuffy. Air Hockey broken. Miniature golf needs an upgrade and area not clean. Old towels and garbage all over. Internet very weak. Couldn't make phone calls.

having access to indoor pool and hot tub was fantastic specially after a long day skiing.

the property is old but it’s very well maintained. our room was clean and didn’t smell moldy or musty. the only comment I might add is the mattresses. since I have back pain, I am used to more firm mattress. it could be great if they could update their mattresses as it felt uncomfortable and passed their use time. the breakfast quality was average but definitely worth having in the package. you can get some warm breakfast like egg and toast with hashed potato or just grab a yogurt and an apple to go.

Our first visit was Wonderful the staff Gary &Patti were professional,informative,and courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean The breakfast served was unbelievably delicious,plentiful of whatever you would want foods were replaced when the dishes were empty.The breakfast room was clean and staff were very accommodating and courteous.Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful.Overall our stay was excellent and we will definitely return!

The beds were extremely comfortable. The sheets were soft and the blankets were the perfect texture and weight. Also there was enough pillows for my husband and I to sleep comfortably. Sometimes places have too many or too little pillows.

The rug seemed gritty and felt dirty to walk on. In the front entry there were a bag of towels that stayed there from around 4pm and were still there when I left at 7am. The shower head also made a squeaking and squealing noise when we showered.

The atmosphere and how cozy it was in our room (alcove room). Enough room for 6 of us. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was a great temperature and beds comfy. Good size fridge....coffee maker and coffee was eh. Could get coffee, tea and cocoa outside of dining room til 10 which was a plus.

The breakfast. The food wasn't hot and the egg whatever it was was nasty. Everyone was eating bagels and toast I assume for lack of variety and you couldn't even get to use the toaster. We ended up having pop tarts and granola bars. The manager said they are understaffed and I believe it. I just remember it so much better a few years ago. Pandemic didn't help either
