We had to leave before breakfast would be available due to work. When I told the front desk that they went to the kitchen and gave us breakfast sandwiches we could heat ourselves in the room's microwave. Very considerate! Plus, the cookies at night are yummy. Even though our room as next to the elevator, and across from the ice machine, it was a very nice room, comfortable bed and quiet. The hotel has quiet hours starting at 10PM which guests seemed to respect. We slept great.

coffee was not very good. Too bad the miniature golf wasn't opened for the season yet....it looked fun!

This was our first stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites. We were greeted by staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast options were great... both hot and cold items available. Coffee and lemon water were available all day as well as cookies at the front desk. The pool and area were also a huge plus with plenty of seating and towels available.

I honesty do not have one complaint or issue with this hotel or it's staff! A++ overall!

Very well presented on the outside and inside. Very clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful and well informed. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Facilities were more than expected. Amenities good. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options in bright and clean setting. Value was exceptional. Our overseas friends were most impressed. Best booking on our trip.

I loved everything about this stay. The staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. We booked this hotel for a family event, we were attending a few miles up the road. Our children ages nine and four loved the hotel. We were here two weeks before Christmas and the lobby looked magical! It was all decorated perfectly and looked beautiful. They even had a station set up for the kids to write letters to Santa if they wished they also had an elf on the shelf named Charlie that my kids loves looking for every morning. They had cookies at the desk and a cereal station with a movie set up later in the evening. The hotel is so clean!!! It smells nice and the room and facility was so unbelievably clean. We have stayed at other hotels in the area but book this one again because it was so clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful!

. Perfectly located hotel in North Conway. Lovely town, full of restaurants and, having an excellent outlet. We really liked the quick check in, the excellent cookies by the front desk, the excellent pool. The rooms were large and very clean. Felt more than a 3 star hotel.

We didn't like the fact that the elevator didn't work and didn't seem to be there, intention to fix. Although they assisted us in bringing up the suitcase, and there are only two floors, so it's not really too bad, but hope we already fixed it. The receptionist was not very welcoming. Nice breakfast, no vegetables at all. I would add vegetables for those who are interested not only in carbohydrates and fats:)

The breakfast was very good. A good range of food and drinks, more than I’d usually expect in a hotel like this eg they had filled croissants you could heat as well as food you’d expect. It was lovely to have cookies free at reception every afternoon when you got it (also nice to be offered a couple of extras straight from the oven when I went down for something.) Warm apple cider was available in the reception, free of charge, all the time. Plus free apples. A nice touch and welcome and homely. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The lift wasn’t working when we were there but staff would carry your cases up and down, no problem We didn’t play crazy golf but there was a pitch on site so great for kids of whatever age! The gardens looked lovely.

One of many hotels along this busy highway. Large, comfortable room . The crazy golf on site was a pleasant surprise. Beautifully maintained , lovely gardens. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The bathroom was very small compared to the rest of the suite. Losing a few feet from the room would not have been an issue in order to make for a more spacious bathroom. As in every other hotel on this trip, the breakfast choice was limited. Not supplying normal crockery or cutlery but everything disposable...one assumes there is an ecological reason for this..but since everything went into the same bin not sure what was being recycled for example. Is the aim to save water by not having to wash crockery and cutlery? In any case as in other hotels on this trip, it detracts from the pleasure of the stay.

I rated this hotel as excellent because we had no serious complaints and, more so, the desk people were very welcoming, seemed happy to help in whatever way possible, and the staff throughout the hotel - indoors and outside - were friendly and professional. The elevator wasn't working, but they called a few days prior to our stay to tell us, which managed our expectations. We were on the second floor and have no mobility issues so it was only a minor inconvenience. Our kids used the pool and loved it. The serve-yourself breakfast looked like standard chain-hotel fare so we went out. Only two complaints: we almost needed a step stool to get on the bed and despite what at first seemed like a comfy mattress wasn't. The adults' backs hurt. Still an excellent rating because of the staff.

The not great mattress must have been topped by a cushy pad, which didn't quite do the trick. The height of the bed - can't change that.

Quick, efficient and friendly check in made us feel welcome after a long drive from Vermont. Free cookies, coffee, water, hot cider and apples available. Comfortable and roomy accommodation. Good choice of breakfast items in a well maintained and stocked area near reception.

Located on the main road through town and no easy places to cross, but to that's a minor inconvenience
