Ordered a king bed and got a king bed! Breakfast had quite a nice variety each morning (even for late risers). Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very attentive to any needs. When our plans changed, they were very professional with handling the change.

Breakfast ended at 9:30, which seemed a bit restrictive compared to other places we've stayed.

Rooms were spacious and clean and beds/pillows very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and abundant and best of all free. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice addition as was the ability to buy drinks/snacks at front lobby. Hotel was very quiet and had a prime location spot (across from the outlets/near downtown and restaurants). Hotel value was good as well. Booked a good rate for the time of year.

I had only one compliant about our room: ac/fan didn't work well. No matter how much we adjusted it the room never got cool. Was hard to sleep with the air being so hot in the room. Needed an air condition system that actually worked and cooled the room. Ac blew some cool air but never filtered into the room itself. Wall thermostat was useless. Heat was never an issue, though.

I use a cane to walk and when i checked in I asked the clerk about the Ice machine and she said that it was all the way at the end of the hotel. I managed to walk the length of the building only to find a sign on the machine .OUT OF ORDER. so thanks for nothing.

Staff was so friendly. Stayed on new years eve and played cards in the lobby all night, was a blast!! had something been done about our unclean room it would have been a 10.

Bathroom was dirty upon check in toothpaste and sticky floor. Had to let someone into the room while we were trying to settle in. No apology made or other options offered.

Breakfast was very good, as was the location. The pool area was clean.

Toilet flushed very loudly. Had to have the room key, reprogramed three times. Two of the three drawers would not stay shut, without jamming the drawer with a piece of cardboard.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was perfect with 2 younger kids. Property was clean.

The first room we were put in had no AC. We asked the front desk early the next morning if they could have someone look at it. I guess they forgot because when we went back to check in they seemed surprised. They immediately moved us to a new room. Our new room was very comfortable. We also noticed that the 2nd room was MUCH cleaner than our 1st. There were drink rings all over the tables and they were all sticky. It seemed like someone may have checked in and realized the AC was broken and asked to be moved right away. I guess that's what we should have done instead of sticking it out for the night.

Good location, walking distance fron nearby restaurant. Everything seemed to be clean, being a skiing winter destination wear and tear may be more pronounced. Offered a good variety of breakfast choices.

Had MSNBC channel on for breakfast dining room. I almost gave a poor grade, but I didn't ask to change the channel. I'm sure nobody would have objected.

the rooms were great, the pool and hot tub were relaxing and empty after skiing all day. right across from the outlets and can walk to food. breakfast in the morning was exceptional for hotel breakfast and staff was super friendly. will stay again.

Beds and breakfast were great! Pool was a plus but would have preferred open sliders since it was very humid. And there were no towels the afternoon we checked in, but they were provided the next day! We had problems with our key card and the front desk person came right up and handled it!

It pretty much met or exceeded what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Rooms and hallways were clean and updated (at least on the 1st level). The rooms had lots of light fixtures and electrical outlets which was very convenient, but no USB ports. The water in the shower was as hot as you wanted it, with a working vent and lock, as well as cold a/c!! There is a fridge in the room but no microwave, but there is a microwave in the lobby. Even the stairways were carpeted which was a nice touch. The elevator seemed a bit cramped but I only used it once to get ice, which was all the way on the 3rd level at end of corridor which was a bit inconvenient but no big deal. The pool area was a good size and very clean, with a patio area adjacent. However the screen doors were all either on the ground or off their track. The best part is that free hot breakfast is back!! This hotel is not using Covid a year and a half later as an excuse to curtail free breakfast to save money by offering grab n go. This was a full breakfast with pancakes, sausage, eggs, etc and a complete open and functioning dining room (this is why we got vaccinated - return to normalcy!). Other hotels should take note, I will choose a hotel with hot breakfast over one with grab n go. The front desk even managed to find me a bottle opener to open my beer. The staff was well trained and extremely pleasant. We would definitely stay again.

They didn't have a pack and play for our 1 year old so he had to sleep with us which led to not the most restful night but it was a last minute booking so perhaps that's why none were available.
