Quality Inn North Conway

Love that it is in an area near dining and shopping. Love that it has a pool. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included with your stay is great and convenient.

While I loved that there was an indoor pool I did not like that the bottom of the pool felt rough. An update to the pool would be nice. Also that if you want new towels or bedding they drop it off in front of your door for you which I don't mind so much with the towels but new bedding I wish would be something that the housekeeping would change for you. When away on vacation the last thing I want to be trying to do is change and make a bed. At the very least maybe give an option to if thr person wants it dropped off or to have housekeeping come in and do it for them.

Location was great. Room was good, the staff was really nice. The hotel is a little dated but felt clean. I think the pool was clean but was cloudy. Overall it was a good stay. It see weed our needs the staff were nice, we slept well I hav w no complaints and would stay again. Certainly not a luxury hotel but not a dump and the location and staff make up for any shortcomings. Housekeeping was cleaning and I felt safe. Very quiet for the location.

Just the pool felt a little icky because it was cloudy. No big deal.

was a great time. The staff that came on at 3pm very pleasant, They upgraded my rooms for me i booked 2 rooms. The only problem i had was with the lady on before 3pm kinda rude said cant check in until 3pm . Just the way she acted not friendly at all. Glad it was someone new when went back.

rude staff that was working before 3pm, not friendly at all. just because we was a hour early. she couldve said room not ready yet but instead she said you have to wait until 3 not friendly at all person in at 3 was very friendly and polite.

The room was very clean.

I have stood here a few times the only down fall is the bathroom. Could use a professional touch. like don't use pieces of cut left over door moldings to attach the shower rod to the wall. 'looks cheezie. Also don't paint the toilet water supply hose to match the walls. Just replace the supply line. They cost like 10 bucks at home depot. Curtains are nice, the main room was nice. Also who came up with the idea of putting granite in the shower. Ikes..

Breakfast was better than expected for this class of hotel - everything was fresh, well presented and the breakfast area was clean - very nice! This property is in an excellent location in N. Conway, NH. It is older and a little worn, but everything was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use it, but they had a nice indoor pool area.

Room was a little small, but really, other than that everything was fine.

Ours was a two-night stay during our visit to see the White Mountains. The location was easy to find and convenient, being on the main thoroughfare through North Conway. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful, steering us to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was great, offering a good choice of foods to satisfy all our family.

Would have preferred a room with a better view besides the buildings in the nearby outlet village.

Had 2 rooms. Both were super clean. The mattress was so comfy that both me n my wife realized it's time to buy a new one at home. Indoor pool was nice n clean. The Breakfast. Ohh ya. I'm a fat guy I like to eat. Make your own waffles . Plus many other things. And the breakfast lady kept it stocked and super clean. .

When we had to leave

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room and grounds were clean and convenient location.

My only complaint is that the bed is definately an extra supreme firm. I felt as though I was sleeping on a piece of hard plywood. I know many may actually appreciate that, just really not for us. Otherwise great...

Stayed her for bike week 2022, and 2023. Nice & Close to Laconia & Mt Washington, they let me keep my bike under the awning where I was able to see it from my room. VERY HAPPY about that! Thank you! Good location plenty of restaurants & stores in the area. Highly recommend!

No elevator for 2nd floor. Otherwise no complaints!

Loved the location. Everything was great, clean comfortable room, everything we needed. We were here for 2 days and I liked that our room was stocked with towels, etc. for 2 nights without the necessity of having housekeeping staff coming in during that time. With Covid, the less personal contact the better. Will book here again.

Water could have been hotter but we managed okay.
