Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway

Well located. Well equipped kitchen. Very large flat and very comfortable beds. Well stocked bathrooms. Good isolation between the rooms of the flat. Free parking on the property.

Construction works across the road, meaning that you are woken up early in the morning. Isolation from the road noise is not very good. Breakfast was slightly disappointing (no cheese except spreadable cheese, no meat cuts, lots of disposable plates, cups, and cutlery instead of "proper" plates, etc.).

Room and bed very comfortable. Best sleep of our trip at 4 hotels during our trip. Room and hotel were clean. Front desk was VERY nice, even our dog was greeted with a treat. Nice to have a hot breakfast included. Glad to have self serve washing machines/dryers available toward the end of our trip.

We were there Sunday-Wednesday. It's hard to find a place to have dinner. There were hour+ waits everywhere. Ended up going to a grocery store one night and eating early (2pm and 4pm) the other days. I understand more is open later in the week. The soap, shampoo and conditioner up up on the wall so if you are a bath taker, you can't reach them. Suggest next time, that they be installed lower.

All associates were polite, personable and very helpful. Property was clean and or organized. My five year old granddaughter left behind her beloved pink stuff bunny and the General Manager of the property went out of her way to search the entire room and kept in touch with us until it was located (Another associate cleaning the room found it). They are sending the bunny to us and we are waiting for bunny’s arrival to hear all about her adventures.

The breakfast was very fresh and hot. The whole breakfast area was very neat and all staff we met were very polite & helpful, though not pushy at all. I enjoyed the quiet 6:30 opening with a coffee & newspaper they provided. My wife sleeps later than me so it was a perfect, relaxing time for me.

Sorry, but we ( my wife & I ) always talk about our stays every time we go away and we both agreed we were very happy & have no complaints. She loved the closeness of the outlets & other stores & I was happy with the restaurants & poo area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was super clean and the breakfast which was included offered many choices. The staff was very friendly and prompt in answering questions. The proximity was close to shopping and restaurants.

The only negative is the AC unit is extremely loud and it was hard to stay asleep when it turned on. It sounded like a plane was in the room. We were on the 4th floor so not sure if that's the case in every room.

- No gluten free bread available (supposedly the hotel was waiting for the truck with the supplies that day); apart from that, let's call American breakfast what it acutally is: disguised dessert... - Noisy dogs on our corridor

This place was ideal for our family of 4. We were able to cook a couple meals in the kitchenette, which was nice as most restaurants in the area are extremely understaffed. I was very impressed with staffing at the hotel. Workers took pride in their work and did their best to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. Complimentary breakfast was really impressive (they even had bacon!).

A few of the other guests or more precisely the children that they were failing to parent. I realize this is beyond Marriot's control, so I don't fault them for this!

This was a Christmas present for my 3 grandkiddos ( 14,12,9) and I was impressed from the second we walked in. The first greeting and check in was great. I even received a check in call within 10 minutes of getting to the room. The room was perfect - we settled in so comfortably and plenty of room. Loved the kitchen. The set up of the family suite was great..lots of open space and well designed. We all used the pool, hot tub and workout room. The kids made good use of the Market store!!! Breakfast was not only plentiful but delicious. Every staff person that we interacted with, was friendly and happy! Thank you so much. We did not want to leave.

Location was ideal. Easy commute from many local destinations. Included breakfast had a wide selection and was freshly made.

Sleeper chair/ love seat: mattress very uncomfortable and not able to be used. May work for a young child, but not comfortable for child over 5/teenager/adult. Would like to see this improved in future if counting as a sleeping option.

You can not beat this location at these prices. I've had two stays at this hotel and both were exceptional. Entire property was clean. Rooms are immaculate. I've never seen in-room kitchens as good as they have. Beds and pillows are super cozy. Maintenance crew does a great job keeping everything in order and they're all quite friendly (made good small talk with Lou and Steve in particular.) From my experience the employees in all departments are all pleasant across the board. I look forward to returning later this year.
