Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is fabulous, they have many tasty options. The kids love the different choices for breakfast. The cleaning staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.

The water park is getting run down. The heating vent system in the water park is stained and torn. The pool deck felt slimy and the pools seemed like they needed a deep clean. Many of the over head lights in the pool area were burnt out or flickering.

the pool needs some updates. it is no fault of the staff though. they keep things orderly. it just looks worn down!

The indoor water park made this stay exceptional. Spacious room with everything you need. Hot breakfast items vary daily providing you with a nice surprise, but bring your own knife, fork and spoon from home if, like us, you dislike plastic. We should have brought our own washable mugs too.

At breakfast the cereal dish proclaims itself “recyclable and renewable”, yet ends up in the same trash as the food waste, the paper plates and coffee mugs, and plastic cutlery. Is Hampton Suites making any effort whatsoever to reduce their reliance on disposables, to separate their waste, and recycle as much as they can ? Reply please.

We liked the location, the water park, pet friendly, and friendly staff.

It is a nice Hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and also very spacious, the water park is very good. Breakfast is well provided but I missed some cheese, fruits like berries, watermelon and melon, and granola to eat with yogurt.

I now we have a work labor crise right now in The USA and it is difficult to hire people specially on Summer, I just hope the Hotel hires more people to work on cleaning, specially cleaning the rooms. That lady was alone in our floor and she looked very tired, the rooms need more meticulous cleaning.

the indoor water park was the best part unfortunately they were having issues with the ph of the water and had to kick everyone out in the morning so we were only able to use it for a couple hours. We LOVED the breakfast it was 6-10 and they had a great variety of food name brand yogurts, make your own waffles and so so much more everyone found something they liked. The room was bigger than expected and clean, overall great value and we will definitely be visiting again!

The pull out couch in our room was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever felt next time we will get two queen beds instead of a king and pull out couch.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn in August. Our room was spacious with double bed and sofa. The small kitchen area with sink fridge and microwave was great to have. Our children loved the water park. Hotel is well positioned in close proximity to many North Conway attractions as well as shopping. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Water park is a bit run down (paint chipped, damp patches) and would benefit from some tlc if it is to remain the main hotel attraction. Would have liked there to be an outdoor communal seating area for guests to enjoy the summer evenings.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, common areas were comfortable. The staff was nice and the check in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable , but the layout of the room was a bit odd with the TV centered in the room.

While the bed was comfortable, I was not a fan of the pillows, they were smal and were very soft, I don't like a super firm pillow but these had no support. The breakfast offered was just ok I thought for the price per night of the hotel it would have been a little better quality but I am here for lodging and location , the free breakfast is not a key factor for me staying somewhere, it's just a bonus if the free breakfast is good

Good location, clean room and good breakfast.

The AC in the room was not working. It was shutting off not reaching the temperature set in the thermostat. When I told the front desk the first response was they were sold out. She went to the room and reset the thermostat but the AC did not stay on for more than a minute or so. Luckily I got another room but same issue with the AC. So I have to sleep with the windows open. If you are travel with kids they will love it though because the hotel has an indoor water park. I definitely won’t stay here again.

they had a water heater issue apparently and I had to give my 3 little kids freezing cold rinse off’s after the water park. Freezing water the next morning too. my husband complained and the front desk said they submitted requests for partial refunds to booking but 4 days later, we still haven’t heard back.
