We were two separate families traveling together and booked two different rooms. Both rooms were great. The beds were extremely comfortable and we could control the air temperature inside each room. The breakfast was hot with scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. Because we travel with a gluten free family member, the extra protein available was nice. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The hotel was located in such a way that we also enjoyed both a spectacular sunset and beautiful sunrise. And though it is an airport hotel, we did hear lots of planes coming to and from the airport. We had a quiet, peaceful, and restful stay so we could refresh ourselves for the remaining days of our travel.

Good value. Reasonably convenient location to I-25 and VERY good access to airport. Breakfast buffet was above average and it was great to have an option for outdoor seating. Laundry facilities were conveniently located near rooms and well maintained.

No fault of hotel but be prepared that there are very limited food options or convenience stores within walking distance.

This property was located very convenient to many locations and the freeway. Our room was clean and all services were functional. We had a balcony to sit out on which was nice. Two queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee/tea/cups. Breakfast was great and stocked all three mornings we went down. Eggs, bacon/sausage/ham (each on different days), cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, 3 juices, coffee, etc. Now remember it’s not your favorite tasting BUT it is good enough to fill your tummies up before heading out and saves some money. The pool was never over crowded or jacuzzi. Parking depending on what time you came in the evening may be a little bit hard to find if you want it close to your room but either way it was fine. No people loitering at our time of stay and we came in and out and different times. Staff was helpful especially the girls in the afternoon hours during the week. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to prepare a room for us early. We were very grateful as we had been traveling for 3 weeks, and thus were pretty worn out. We were able to store our car at the hotel while we were away, eliminating the hassle of long-term airport parking. We always stay at this location whenever flying in/out of the Albuquerque airport. Great job on the breakfast as usual!

The spa needs a couple of replacement jets that are no longer working. But it was still great to enjoy it the day we arrived as well as the morning of our departure.

Our bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was extremely large. The night receptionist Franklin is an angel, so unbelievably patient and courteous even as he checked us in at 1am. We were picked up from the airport in a shuttle van by another gentleman who was also quite nice, as was our morning shuttle driver who took us straight to the rental car facility, which was super convenient. Appreciated the availability of these services.

Other than the above, a perfectly adequate airport hotel, breakfast was a bit disappointing but my expectations were not high!

I arrived at 1:15am. The hotel was slammed, so getting an answer for a shuttle pick up wasn't happening. Fortunately, someone else was able to get through and I climbed in without hesitation. At the hotel, the clerks were working super efficiently -- They apologized profusely for not being able to pick up the phone (1 person) when I'd called. He clearly felt terrible about that. I would've expected the hotel to be so busy between 1:30 and 2:00am!

They need more workers during those times when travellers are arriving super late and are already cranky!

Breakfast was decent, had some hot food items as well as continental breakfast type items. They provided water to their guests which was a major plus for me, and shuttle service to areas within 5 miles of the hotel for free. This was perfect for us, plus very close to airport which was good. Very spacious accommodations and they were very accommodating to our situation.

Would have liked for the breakfast meat option to include a non-pork option like turkey bacon or chicken sausage. The door that leads to the room was a little shaky would probably be good to make it more secure, though not a major problem since room was near the lobby.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Great pool and pet friendly hotel.

Pool was closed on Mornings for cleaning when the pool should have been available to swim. Also there were no pet poop bags at either location and both locations trash cans were full. The staff didnt seem to know about the pet areas.

The staff was fantastic and gave us a shuttle ride to the car rental to drop off our car the day before our flight. They gave us a shuttle ride to the airport in the wee hours of the next morning. The staff went above and beyond. The room was clean with comfortable beds.

The elevator was not working but the staff brought my suitcase up to the room. We couldn’t regulate the temperature of the air conditioner. It was either freezing or hot.

Breakfast was good. Staff were great in helping us move to a new room after a water/ plumbing problem. We were moved to a better room with a balcony. They were helpful as well when we requested for an additional night to extend our stay.
