Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Airport

Room was huge and beds were comfortable, common areas were quite nice, breakfast was decent

Room was in need of a deeper clean (curtains were musty, carpet was kinda gross, there was mildew in one bathroom) and the decor and furniture could use some updating. Apparently car thefts are quite bad there with reviews as old as years ago and new as last week talking about it. Opted to pay to park at the airport and use hotel’s free shuttle (3 minute drive).

The room size was excellent and it was quiet and nice in the area we were located in.

The staff was not relaying information to other staff. We asked for a crib bed when checked in and left for a couple hours then came back and asked again and the staff member had no knowledge of a crib bed being requested. Second we asked in the morning for our room just to be vacuumed and when we came back in evening no one came to vacuum and since it was late no one could vacuum. Third there was a trash bag that had been sitting by the ice machine since we got there and hadn’t been picked up by anyone since we left.

Convenient

My king room was given away that I reserved and the only king was a king suite and at first they were going to charge us the additional fee even though we said you gave our room away and they had to call manager who authorized the room for not additional charge. Was just inconvenient at 12am

Rooms are a great size, loved the 1 bedroom suite. Queen beds were comfy. Even though it was by thr airport, it was super quiet in the room. Lobby and breakfast area was nice too.

Pool, hot tub closed at 8pm. After traveling all day we were looking forward to that. Pull out couch was not very comfortable.

Breakfast was great, size of the room was good. Has a full kitchen which would've been great had we brought food to cook instead of eating out.

They state the suite was good for 7 but only had accommodations for 6 and the host was not available readily to get a cot if one was available.

Staff was great, room was great, breakfast was awesome!

The price was almost double from the last time we stayed . When you pay that much the expectations go up or in our case we only stay one night instead of two😪

Large, spacious rooms, very clean, close to the highway, staff was kind enough to hold my luggage before checking in.

I wish the pool was open! I chose the hotel specifically for the pool, but unfortunately it was inoperable. It didn’t detract from the room or anything though.

great location and close to airport

it looked like they were short staffed because trash containers were never emptied out at the main entrance while stayed, and that’s not good for property good appearance. other than that we enjoyed staying there.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful in every way. The room far exceeded any expectations I had. what a great place to rest and stay. close to so many options for dining and entertainment.

Our room was next to the outer door. You could hear people come and go, but it was not unbearable. I would just choose a different room if this bothers you. I found it very convenient for loading and unloading our luggage so that outweighed the noise.

The room was very spacious and clean, we stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. The bathrooms were also clean with all the toiletries stocked. Our room had 2 bathrooms which is perfect for our family of 6. The breakfast was also very good. They had warm breakfast along with continental breakfast items. The staff was very nice. I had a billing issue and they were able to rectify it. Overall my family would stay here if we are ever in Albuquerque again.
