This property is EXACTLY what I needed from an airport hotel - a clean and quiet room, a comfortable bed, and proximity to the airport. This hotel was 10% less expensive than similar properties in the same area, but delivered everything they did. If you are looking for a great choice for an airport hotel, look no further!

It was comfortable, but not amazingly so. The bed was acceptable, but not "wow". The breakfasts were simple fare that you get at low-cost hotels. And there certainly wasn't anything special about the hotel. But if you are just using it as a transit hotel or airport hotel, you don't need any of these things.

We have stayed here many times when we are flying in and out of Albuquerque International Airport. This trip our room was on the 1st floor which was so much better when the temp is approaching 100 than being on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good. The beds are always comfortable. The rooms are clean.

We could not get the closed captioning to come on the tv although we went through all the steps many times. ComfMy husband wears hearing aids so this is an absolute necessity for him. We were all unpacked and in pjs when we turned it on. So we didn’t want to change rooms for one overnight.

It was comfortable, easy going, and a lot to offer given its price. Would stay again if I was in the area!

My elderly father is disabled and I asked for a handicap room but none was available, but they made our rooms close to the elevator so it was easier to get my dad to the room and out when we left for dinner, etc.

Well I went to purchase and item at the vending machine but the item got stuck and wouldn't come out. I asked the clerk if they had a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste but they said no. But they paid me back in quarters and I went back to pay for another one and both were dispensed. :) Also they typed in the wrong email address when they gave me my receipt.

The shuttle was prompt, even thought the plane was very late and it was almost two hours late at 1:30am! And the shuttle drivers were absolutely outstandingly efficient and kind. Couldn't have had an easier time. I wrote to them, saying I was out of country and wouldn't have cel service....they responded immediately and were willing to help with that as well. Detailed, meticulous service. Outstanding!

Hotel prices, throughout the world have increased a whole lot since Covid...but this hotel was in line with all the rest of the high hotel prices, and actually cheaper than most.

We arrived in Albuquerque late at night and needed a room close to the airport for just one night that a mom and two daughters would feel safe in, and with 24 hour check-in to accommodate the late flight with possible delays. This hotel more than met those expectations. When we landed and called the hotel for a shuttle, they came right away. They also have a shuttle to the car rentals, which we took in the morning. The staff was incredibly sweet and kind, warm and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable as well. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I like the day accommodated us to have our rooms right across from each other so that I could be able to have my children close by my older ones anyway everything was nice and clean and everyone was family Day accommodated us for whatever was needed and could be done

The only thing I didn't like was that when me and my children went down for breakfast there was no room for us to sit anywhere and all the older people that were there having breakfast we're done just sitting there talking having coffee and no one had any common courtesy or common decency or any common sense to let me and my children sit down and have breakfast so we couldn't have breakfast we ended up having to go back to our room

There is a single washer and dryer unit that I was able to use. $2 each plus $1 for detergent. Halls were quiet, though that depends on the guests. The worker, Ingrid, took me to the airport at 4:25 in the AM and gave me yogurt and an apple since the cafeteria wasn’t open yet.

The shower/bath was not able to be a bath. The adapter was broken in room 319. The bed was very stiff and the room was so incredibly dry. I lotioned myself so many times but I felt dry very quickly regardless. That’s the environment down there, though, and not due to anything at the hotel.

The receptionists were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay. It’s location is in a somewhat private area easily accessible to restaurants, gas stations, and convenient stores. I love that it has an indoor pool with a hot tub. That’s a highlight for me. Free breakfast was good-fresh, warm pancakes were very good;which included sausage links, cold cereals, apples, juices, hot coffees, toast and jellies. I recommend this hotel to all travelers. Ohh, it’s also close to the I-25 freeway!

I like drinking warm teas. The room only provided Reg. & decaf coffees. Teas such as Green Teas or Chamomile for a good nights sleep!

The room was clean and I like the wood floors better than carpet.

Breakfast was okay. We saw eggs on a guest plate, but couldn’t find them anywhere, just sausage. When we asked where to get eggs once we saw someone who worked their, they said they were in the back and would bring us two egg & cheese omelette. We appreciate that she did that, but while eating we saw other guest wondering where the warm food was. If there was a worker letting guess know what was available would have made the breakfast experience much better
