From the moment we walked in everything was bright, neat and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean, and very spacious and the bed was VERY comfortable.

My only complaint is that when I tried calling the hotel, which I did on multiple occasions, nobody would answer. I noticed the same when I was at the front waiting to ask a question about the broken snack machines, the phone would ring nonstop but nobody answered. I wanted to answer myself and tell that person, "they're here, just not answering!" My only guess is that your staff stays pretty busy helping out guests, they were VERY accommodating, so I can't fault them too much.

Some work was being done on my home and I couldn't stay there. I had stayed at two other hotels prior but it was taking longer than I expected. It was a pleasure to get to a nice, new, lovely hotel and have a luxurious stay. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

I paid a refundable $50 per day for "incidentals" and on top of that a $100 deposit for a "new hotel room" which I thought was over the top. It's also refundable, so I complied. But that is something they should tell you up front so you can factor that in before committing to a stay there.

We always stay at this hotel when traveling across the country. The rooms are big and always very clean. The breakfast is always awesome, and the variety is large and fresh.

This is a very popular hotel during this time of the year. We always request a top floor room because of the children. We didn't get our top floor room, and the kids above us were running around back and forth. I get it,we have two kids, but it would be nice if your kids were really active. Please get a room on the bottom,that's my only complaint.

Even though there was a lot of construction in the area, we had plenty of parking with our trailer. The location was close to the main highway, a big plus. The staff and rooms were very nice.

We have been traveling for two days across the States and needed a good night sleep. About an hour into our sleep, in the room next to us, around 12:30 a.m. the guest checked in and was very loud. These rooms have the doors to join rooms,never again. They tried opening the door, not just to check it but kept trying. I jumped up and said a few words and got a sorry 😞. We didn't sleep well after that.

The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you in any way. The breakfast is always ready right on time, and they have one of the best varieties of breakfast foods.

For the first time, I got stuck in the elevator, and the alarm was going off and didn't hear from anyone. Once it finally opened, I let staff know and sent for their service guy right away.

Friendly staff and easy to get to hotel from the highway with convenient parking. The environment is very enjoyable from the building to furnishings and how the room is designed and set up. Lobby has plants and flowers and nice sitting areas. Bedding is very comfortable. There’s a great closet space to hang and put clothes in and bathroom and sitting area in room was roomy. Decor is pleasant throughout. Buffet style breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choices.

A few things would have improved our overall experience- no extra toilet paper so had to run down and ask for toilet paper at 3 am for my daughter to use; neighbors were a bit noisy at night for awhile; a staff member was vacuuming in front of the elevator and we had to wait for him to finish before we could use it- didn’t acknowledge us or move out of the way which seemed a bit rude and had to step around the cords after he moved to the other area; on our second morning, breakfast was already being put away when we arrived about 20 minutes before it should be done.

The location was good! I stayed at three different hotels this past week and the breakfast here was amazing compared to the other hotel that offered complimentary breakfast. The shower pressure amazing. The bed was comfortable.

An extra hand at night; considering the employee had to leave for an airport shuttle ride. So, noone was there for a small bit of time for us to check-in. We traveled 13 hrs... We just wanted sleep.

The location is in a perfect location of restaurants and drugstore. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

There's not a lot to complain about If I have to write a complaint ,it would be in our room on one of the pictures on the wall, was a set of eyelashes. My wife thought it was a bug .

Clean and comfortable king suite, big TV, easy parking, great breakfast including cheese omelette with green chile topper. Friendly and professional staff. This hotel will be our “go to” when we need a room before or after flights out of ABQ. Best price when compared to comparable hotels near by with similar amenities.

Loved the hotel! It exceeded my expectations really wished I had more time to stay. Breakfast was great and the girl in charge of breakfast was wonderful. Just wished there had been a tip jar for her. She deserves it! Location was very clean, quiet, sheets and bathroom were impressively clean and everything worked properly, no issues at all! I would definitely stay there again! Thanks for your hard work.

I didn’t like that we didn’t have time to use the pool and we had to leave!
