Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Albuquerque Airport, an IHG Hotel

pet friendly hotel, with a small turf area. Rooms were spacious enough. breakfast was standard. Plenty of parking. Had guest laundry which came in super handy after a long time on the road.

wish the property was gated, and had electric car charging capability. pool is the bottom floor and open until late. So the elevator often had water on it and the entire floor leading to the pool area was constantly wet after hours, especially once house keeping was no longer in site during the daytime. They need to fix the printer issue with their business center, although the front desk was very helpful and offered to print what I needed after emailing it to them. It would've been nice just to have the system straight forward and printer working properly. I also wish they would update their water fountains to make it easier to refill reusable bottles.

1) breakfast is okay, nothing special but at least it is hot. And, unlike other Holiday Inns during our journey, the pancake maker was not broken! :) 2) free parking; 3) nice room, clean and cozy

It is far away from the centre, however, there is a nice brewery in only 3 min on foot! Plus, it is close to the airport, we needed to exchange the car there so this was an advantage for us

The location was great. We walked to the local brewery call 377 Brewery. They had great food and great beer. We walked to the Waffle house for breakfast. There were several restaurants in walking distance. Area was clean and felt safe. We enjoyed the pool. The hotel was clean. Wished they had straightened up our rooms everyday but otherwise, happy to have clean towels every day! Breakfast was great too!!! Staff were kind and professional!

My bed wasn't made every day.

The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Although, the staff could have done better at keeping things replenished. There was coffee available in the evening, but the decaf coffee was not available for fresh brewing.

The carpet in the main areas of the hotel and the room was somewhat worn. The toilet in our room did not flush well and the refrigerator was loud. The A.C. worked well and the room (for the most part) was good.

Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. We had a basement room, which, at first, I had visions of a dark dungeon with no windows. Not true, the room was excellent. It was very convenient with easy access to our room and the pool and exercise facilities. Also very quiet.

I have stayed at this property two different times. Both times have been really exceptional. The staff is always super helpful. It's a real breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

I'm a pretty picky traveler and I have to say absolutely nothing was wrong. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was fun for the grandkids and the pool was the best part for them. I liked the big room and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel in the future. The other guests in the hotel were all super friendly as well!

The pool had a very strong chlorine smell that was overpowering at times. Kind of scary. There was a $250 returnable charge because we were locals. I understood the reasoning, but wish I had known beforehand that this was their policy.

The room temperature did not stay consistent especially for my elderly parents. My mother ended up catching a cold. Even though the maintenance guy came to look at temperature controls and said they were ok. Not! It warms up and then it blows out cold air like ac was on. Guests were noisy throughout the night. Oh and the beds were to high!! I had to use the foot stool for my parents to get on the bed

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hot breakfast was good, and there was enough even though we went to breakfast later. Facilities were clean. The size and layout of our room was great. It was a two queen beds with a sofa sleeper.

The only thing that caused an inconvenience during our stay was the AC in our room wasn't working well. It would take a long time to cool the room and there wasn't another room the size we needed available.

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap and lotion. That was amazing ❤️

They did maintenance on the pool the same day we checked in, so we didn't get to use it.
