Website claims HOT BREAKFAST, FALSE ADVERTISING, only thing hot was coffee.

The location was convenient to Albuquerque Airport. The heater/air-conditioner in the room worked well and quickly, and there was a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. The wifi was plenty good for my purposes and worked well in the room, and there's a basic assortment of television channels. They provided a washcloth, as well as towels, and there was soap, small bottles of lotion, and conditioner. There was also a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful, and not like the automatons spouting phrases from a Customer Service manual that you get in some hotels.

Because of the pandemic they've had to stop doing a breakfast buffet -- of course -- but they offered a small variety of pastries and coffee. It's not really their fault, but I wouldn't have minded a couple of boxes of cereal, or some alternative. There's not a regular airport shuttle service available; when I was going back to the airport, an employee was able to take me there in a van, but it's not a sure thing. The walls and ceiling in the room were pretty thin, so I was able to hear the people in the next room with no problem, and there was noise upstairs; bring earplugs.

Close to the airport with a good breakfast. The room was very functional for an overnight stay. The Wi-Fi was good. The room rate was reasonable.

The air conditioner was noisy and the fan even on auto rarely went into quiet mode.

Friendly and helpful staff

There system was down so i couldn't get my room key until next day. Barking dogs at middle of the night. I know some people like to travel wirh their pets but they need to have their dogs quiet and have some respect to others that are trying to sleep.

Location is excellent. Quiet, easy check-in, free parking, comfortable room.

Breakfast is nothing special. Juice and coffee fine. Need more hot offerings.

The hotel is near the airport. It is near food options and is near public transportation. The bed was comfortable, and there is a good size tub. Small continental breakfast every morning. They do have a shuttle to the airport. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. Also a small coffee maker.

It was listed as having a balcony, but I don't see any balconies. The cooler was kinda tricky to work, it was either too cold or stuffy in the room.

On 11/20 the hot tub was great after a long drive. The bed was comfortable so I actually got some sleep even when I had to get up at 4 am to meet my plane an easy drive from the motel. My plane was 2 hours late on 11/27 and the bed felt great. The hot breakfast next morning was a surprise and great appreciated.

I believe we were upgraded to an even larger room so that was very nice. The onsite laundry was helpful as we were 10 days into a 17 day trip. Very convenient location for our needs. Very good value.

Breakfast was average at best

Excellent staff, Amanda and Jolene were very helpful and friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed.

The beds were a bit small.
