The free breakfast was very good with lots of variety- something for everyone! I had fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. The coffee was very good. The hotel, judging from the parking lot was full, but unlike other places I have stayed, staff was right there to refill food when needed. Everyone was super polite and friendly. The location is great, we walked to shops and restaurants for dinner. The hotel staff had maps of Kingston and brochures that were really helpful. My room was very clean and the air conditioning was really good. Although our view was of the pool area, that made the room very dark at night which I like! It was very quiet. Parking was very convenient. It was very easy to check in and out. Staff was super friendly. Last of all we were able to bring our pet- thank you for a lovely stay!

There was a lot of road work going on - but that wasn't the fault of the hotel!

Woman serving was very pleasant. Breakfast was better than included breakfast at Holiday Inn , Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn. Coffee was excellent and dining area was crowded but pleasant.

Very expensive for upstate NY Open area by pool and arcade were open all night and there were people partying loudly down there through the night. I think about half the rooms in this hotel have a wall. door, window, balcony facing that loud indoor space. The restaurant and bar closed at 9 and the pool at 10. So I don't know why that was allowed open and noisy.. Would have been better to keep the bar open and close the arcade. Bar does not border on rooms, only the lobby.

The pool and arcade area was pretty awesome! It was nice to have a bar available to hang and eat at on top of the fact that the bartenders were awesome!!! The food was really good too especially the mozzarella app! And there was a great selection at the complimentary breakfast. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bathroom in the rooms could use some updates. The pool was a little on the cold side but I believe it was because the heater was turned off by mistake but once notified they fixed the issue.

We had our three grandchildren with us and the air hockey and pool tables in the arcade were a pleasant surprise. They were very reasonably priced. They looked forward to an evening at the pool and playing on the two tables. We were glad they stayed off their devices.

We stayed four days and there could have been a greater effort to add variety to the breakfast. Prepare the eggs differently, provide hot cereal on some days, bananas etc.

The room was nice and for the most part updated, pretty spacious. The mattress was GREAT. Lots of free parking and very quiet. Nice breakfast buffet.

They had repaired the bathroom counter, it looked like someone had sat on it and pulled it loose. The repair was not very good, big gap between the counter and backsplash. The room we were given was at the end of the hall from the elevator. So my partner, who has knee issues, had the choice of a long walk from the elevator to the room or a flight of stairs.

Good location, excellent gym, pleasant and helpful check in, good TV and immediate help sent when TV remote control failed; easy to access our room;

Free breakfast included great options including buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, make+yourself waffles (so good). Also fruits, cereals and more. Much better than typical continental breakfast other places serve. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the large indoor pool. Location a++. Friendly service!!!

Pool was a little cold but still enjoyable

The pool schedule. It would have been great to have a morning swim before going to take care of business but the pool opens at 10am?!! Open pool earlier, please!

Breakfast was very good. Had great choices.Very please to see the breakfast back.

The guest could have been more considerable to other guest at breakfast. They should use utilities for the food and not their hands. Staff should be more aware of the guest when they are eating.

Liked the room location. Exceptional front desk staff.

Bed way too small and very loud maintenence worker with no consideration for the guests.
