Nice clean and new looking with modern features

Not recommended to book this hotel on booking.com, as the IHG rewards system does not accommodate the booking and will not give you any points for the stay. The rate is usually not better on booking.com and the hotel does not accommodate the booking with the nice rooms (we received a room right next to the elevators and the window was blocked by entrance to the hotel). If you would like to book this hotel I recommend going on the hotel website and book, as the hotel is more accommodating that way.

The breakfast was fine--the standard fare (eggs, sausage, cereals, etc.). The location was good for us since we wanted to visit places on both sides of the river and there's a bridge right nearby. You're on the side of a small highway so there's nothing particularly scenic about this spot--it's commercial--but access to Kingston, Rhinebeck, etc. is easy. I recommend the Jolly Cow for ice cream. You can walk there. Clearly a locals spot and fun on a summer evening.

The hotel staff is ALWAYS so friendly. They greet you coming and going, and are extremely helpful with any questions we have had. I have stayed there several times before and am always happy with the service, cleanliness of the rooms, and the quiet space we have to rest. Thank you for the excellent service you provide to your customers!

The hotel provided all Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion), which was really good, given that some these products in other establishments are not very good. Our trip was very sudden and we hadn't carried anything with us, and the hotel was stocked with disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options.

It was on our way home! Lovely Lake Katrine nearby, parks, downtown was busy with labor day vacationers. Nice rooms with a wardrobe, desk, bureau, TV combo, nice double shaded window, low light and complete darkness, sweet. Nice bathroom, just wish they had an exhaust system.

the staff, specifically Richard he was very professional and a pleasure to chat with about all the great things to do in the near by area. he did his absolute best to accommodate all of our needs.

rooms were very clean, comfortable and up to date. the breakfast was also great and the staff that sets up the breakfast was awesome.

on the road, very good room size (suit), and 2 TV . Great service, and hospitality, kind ppl at the desk. We even used the pool since it was open until late :) Good value for the money to stop by the city

The room was facing east, the sun was deep in even when closed the shades

the rooms & hotel were modern, clean & comfortable. The beds & sheets & pillows were heavenly. The room had everything we could possibly want and need and it was elegant modern and affordable.

The exterior of the building could use a little bit of help as well as landscaping. Lobby could use a little bit of —-a twist. bathrooms I would push it just a step further : accessories and something extra..

Richard was top tier, top notch all the way around. He went above and beyond for us, in a rainstorm at 3am to make sure we had the most pleasant experience possible. Richard was the best host with the best hospitality i’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Amazing stay, sparkling clean and nice room. But Richard was the real star here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean and the beds extremely comfortable! Basic breakfast served until 10 and did the job. No complaints!

All good, except maybe breakfast served until a later time as we didn’t checking in until 3am
