Space and cleanliness. Among the staff, "Catherine" was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

I understand overall impact of covid on services and limitations. But. The place was clearly understaffed, burdened by overwork and overtime. Except for "Catherine" mentioned above, there was a lot of shortness, snippiness. No one's fault. I chalk it up to being understaffed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Breakfast was good. No butter or OJ

Carpet in room was held down with duct tape and rooms were not cleaned and no fresh towels. No notice of this. We paid a handsome price of $1,300 for a suite 2 nights. Either I had higher expectations or paid too much. I was not alone as the facility was near capacity.

The showers need to be cleaned properly. I don't like the fact that the pink mold in the shower creases. I asked the housekeeper for towels as we didn't want our room to be serviced. She said she would bring them back and she never did.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is becoming my regular hotel when I'm in the area.

The windows don't open. A few stains on the shower could be scrubbed off with a bit of extra time to deep-clean.

Room was great. Nice little kitchen area as well as seating/living room area. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom/large shower...although no tub...but didn't need it for this stay! Also, dog friendly--a necessity for my travel with my small dog!

They should have more info on Kingston...maps, sites, restaurants, etc. They had nothing (such as brochures or booklets or 1-page map) to offer visitors, and it's a very historic town/area.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with kitchenette and sitting area. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed including pans, dishes and silverware. We were also with our dog and were able to walk her safely around the hotel in the grassy areas. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our room had a pretty bad view of a parking lot and closed down Sears store. Not the hotels fault and it was not a deal breaker for us considering the value and comfort.

The room was comfy large, I love the kitchen and full-sized refrigerator. Nice setup with couch and tv you could see from every area of the room including the kitchen bar area. Shower was excellent too. I wish we had been staying for more than one night. Great restaurants in Kingston also.

Cramped living room room with pull out. Bathroom should be in area so person in pull out doesn't have to walk through bedroom to use bathroom.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and quantity. Great healthy stuff. Our room had two bedrooms and and a living room: it was perfect for our family. And it had a full size kitchen

Cleanliness, warm feeling like you are home and staff was great

Some area's in bathroom we're not cleaned properly. Shower head and faucet had soap lime and residue. Toilet had rust around base.
