Clean room, okay mattress (a bit too firm for my liking), shower facility - way better than bathtubs. .No breakfast is included but the hotel have us discount coupons for the restaurant on premises.

While the room was very clean, it was a bit "shopworn." There was also no clock in the room. The other issue was maybe a booking.com issue and not the hotel's fault. We made mention of traveling with a dog, but the hotel was unaware, and we were not aware of the $20 surcharge for pets.

1st day room was cleaned very well ... everything was restocked as needed But 2nd and 3rd day we had to go to front desk to get towels, tp, and clean garbage bags because our room was not touched 4th day garbage was emptied but beds were just adjusted not made and floor was not vacuumed ... the last days things were back to like the 1st day

It was hard to understand how to use the remote because I needed a caption on to watch a tv and I couldn’t figured out how to turn it on. The vending machine doesn’t take debit card or more than a dollar bills.

Location was fabulous, beautiful scenery with the lake in view. Staff were amazing and room was clean and comfortable.

No luggage arts so we had to make 4 trips to the car. No outside garbage for doggy do.

This hotel is a gem! The front desk staff member was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with a large, nicely appointed bathroom with walk in shower. We ordered takeout from the adjoining restaurant and the staff there were also very friendly. The burger and reuben sandwich, fries and coleslaw were delicious and everything was fresh and made from scratch. They also serve free coffee for hotel guests. The hotel has a nice, warm vibe and the area itself is very pretty. We will definitely return on our next trip up to Canada!

The breakfasts were good and very inexpensive. The location was good and easy to get to.

The room was stuffy. You couldn't get fresh air because the window did not have a screen and bugs did fly in.

Breakfast was slightly above average. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. Best bed o our entire trip. The location suited our needs well.

Staff was phenomenal!!!! Place was clean. Food incredible! I would stay there again any time !

We had 2 rooms. The only thing I can say is one room had a musty smell coming from the rug. But it was near the fridge in the corner and I think there may have been something spilled from previous occupancy. I wish the rooms had a comforter as opposed to a bedspread.

We were not able to arrive on Friday and didn't call ahead of time. Staff said our reservation was cancelled. They were able to find us a room so we could enjoy Saturday in the area. The staff was very pleasant.
