Breakfest was good. Staff made effort to fix issues we had while staying there.

Someone got sick in pool Friday so it was shut down. Thats the main reason we arrived Friday so to a degree, it wasnt worth it. Our refrigerator wouldnt stay cool. The nice lady Sarurday let us use a cooler she had to put ice inside so our drinks coyld stay cold. She made a effort but no maintenance on weekend to switch or fix The perception of staff was they were frustrated because of complaints people had. It shows in facial expressions and demeanor.

The breakfast was amazing rooms were amazing pool area was awesome

There was tons of pot smells where I was and there was a fight and when I got back from a long night working I went to see if breakfast was going and the lady from the reception got a little bit nasty with me

The location is perfect. It’s near a lot of stores & restaurants.

The rooms were only being cleaned every 3 days. With a 2 guests in the room I feel they should have been done on a daily basis. I don’t feel I should of had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper & clean towels & wash cloths.

Everything was pretty much fine, breakfast was good room was good staff was good.

This didn’t affect my stay in the lease but the outside looked a little grungy. I still had a great time but it didn’t look like a best Western when I pulled up

Staff is very out going and amazing .. Easy to ck in and out Go out of their way to help you Great location Allows friend and family to gather in dining area to visit.

I love this place The staff is AMAZING .. They do need to put some effort into upgrading the property ( halls messy and oder..breakfast lacking several things such as butter . Sf syrups etc. Our room was clean. First time we ever seen the pool dirty

I had extremely low expectations when I booked this place. I got it because it was cheap and close to Niagara Falls. I had no idea how nice of a place it would be! Very clean. Very nice. Good breakfast. It's located in such a cute little neighborhood. Really great place!

They ran out of milk for breakfast LOL! But luckily we survived!

We had no breakfast. We went for breakfast at 820 and there was nothing. Staff said other guests took all food. Didnt offer to restock. Didnt offer to make coffee. Very disappointing. Went home and made breakfast.

Breakfast was not available. Also concerned that there were rocks on all doors to keep them open. This allowed people who were not paying guests to use the pool.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was hot, attendant was very good at her job. Foods were quickly refilled and tables wiped down.

Well, we know it's an older hotel and it did show some signs of wear.

the pillows are terrible, the shower is very loud and the hot water goes way to quick

Loved how they set the pool rules with only two families at a time.

It need a few little repairs. Bathroom sink clogged. Not enough staff for breakfast daily that was included in the rate.
