The staff was very friendly. My husband is a smoker and he could sit right outside our door in a chair with a table and smoke. It was quiet. The room we had was huge with a jacuzzi tub and it was very clean. The room was well lit with plenty of outlets. There were plenty of towels and pillows. There was a great counter and sink outside the bathroom.with a fridge and coffee maker. Real glasses for water and wine and a DVD plater. There was even an electric fireplace! They brought new towels in every day and made the bed. I don't know what the smaller rooms were like but the jacuzzi room with the king sized bed was awesome.

This is not a Hampton inn type hotel. It is a family owned older motel. I knew that so i was not expecting modern and pristine. There were a few stains on the carpet and the bed was comfortable but not a pillow top newer type mattress. The air conditioner worked very well but was up high and i had to stand on the couch to adjust it. A remote control AC would have been easier. I feel like i really can't even complain because we were very comfortable and at home there for our 3 night stay.

Very clean, plenty of towels, maid service promptly done, glassware (cups, water glasses, and wine glasses, microwave, coffee pot, TV, WiFi, DVD player, and mini refrigerator. Multiples lighting options, heated bathroom unit, phones - 3 (night table, desk, and bathroom). personal hygiene products replace daily with coffee, creamers, sugar, and daily local newspaper.

Not enough hangers. The hangers were not detachable, and items needed to be hung directly onto the rack where the hanger was affixed. I bought a bottle and can opener with a cork screw (left it at the hotel) for the next persons.

A charming, old-fashioned motor inn. We booked two double rooms, but misunderstood what we were getting. We actually needed two rooms and four beds, for my spouse and myself and our two teenagers. They put us in a suite that was perfect for our family--two rooms with a short adjoining corridor. The primary room was very spacious, with a seating area, electric fireplace, and a spa in the corner (no screen or anything--maybe a honeymoon feature? A little unlikely for our use!). The front office staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful flowers in bloom around the buildings and pool. There was so much thought and care evident throughout the property.

The parking lot was a bit tricky to navigate! And the whole vibe was pretty old-fashioned, though in a mostly nice way.

This is a hidden gem in Lockport. Stayed overnight for a wedding in the area. Brought back pleasant memories of what staying overnight in motel accommodations were like prior to big name hotel chains taking control of the travel industry. Great value, spotless room, coffee pot, small fridge, local newspaper and a fireplace in our room. Mature staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They really cared that your stay was a nice one. Coffee is also available in the lobby. Only thing missing was some type of continental breakfast that many of the chain hotels provide. But there is a Subway across the street and other places to eat within a sort drive or walk!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lockport Inn & Suites, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience in every way. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Upon our early arrival, which was not initially an option, we decided to ask if we could check in sooner. To our surprise, the staff readily accommodated our request, granting us early access to our room. Their prompt and positive response set the tone for the rest of our stay. As we entered our assigned room, we couldn't help but notice the spaciousness of the neighboring room. Curiosity got the better of us, and we inquired about the possibility of upgrading to the larger room. Once again, the staff proved their commitment to customer satisfaction and happily granted us the upgrade, even though we had already paid for our original room. The additional space provided a more comfortable and luxurious experience, surpassing our expectations. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff consistently impressed us with their genuine kindness and attentiveness. They eagerly fulfilled all our requests, displaying an extraordinary level of professionalism and hospitality. It was refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. Can't say anything was bad.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom building. Super clean and tons of space. This suite isnt updated and is on the older side but in great condition. Large electric fireplace was a nice touch. Ea h bedroom had a small kitchenette and own bathroom. Whirlpool tub wasnt used but would be ideal for parents once kids go to bed . A nice family run establishment and all staff is extremely nice and friendly. My 2nd visit here and will be back. Close ride to Buffalo Bill Stadium, within 20 minutes and away from crazy downtown traffic. Summer time outdoor pool as well!

Not the motels fault but if you show up later than check in time, may have to park more than 200 feet from motel 1st fl room door. Not a big deal unless you want to check on your vehicle. Limited parking in front of rear building.

I arrived via bicycle well before the normal check-in time and was given access to the room early. The person at reception, the owner I think, was very helpful. The room was impeccably clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room. A roll of paper towels provided, as well as glass coffee mugs and glass glasses for the bathroom. Nice little touches. It may seem a small thing, but so many rooms today have inadequate lighting. Not the case here, plenty of lamps and overhead lights. I only stayed one night, but there was an abundance of dresser space for a longer stay. This is an older hotel that has been very well maintained and updated. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the tasteful nostalgia... I want that clock radio.. can't get one like that anymore 😉. Loved the care taken in little touches in the room.. a real key to the room,no cards... real drinking glasses and a can of spray in the bathroom. Room was large, CLEAN and comfortable. AC was cold. Sheets and towels are like new...and I love that. The bed was actually one of the more comfortable beds we have slept on in travels. Extra power strips on top of furniture no having to hunt for. Although we did not use the pool it looked very clean. The office staff were genuinely nice. We really did enjoy our stay.

The tv was quite glitchy maybe dish TV?? Pixelated a lot during a movie. No USB for charging, but I brought mine... Scout family always prepared. I am sure they know having steps outside to the upper levels, steps could use updated covering. Parking is a little close with a truck so we parked further back in the grounds.. no biggy I can walk. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and on the walkway or balcony around the outside of the rooms there are chairs with ashtrays close by for those who choose to... glad we did not pass anyone smoking that night.

They’ve really done everything possible short of a complete remodel to make the place nice and comfortable: fresh, clean linens, big fluffy towels, USB chargers and convenient power strips, good free wifi, and plenty of different lighting choices. The bed was comfortable, the fridge was quiet, and there were two different heating choices. A fresh copy of the Lockport newspaper was delivered each day.

It’s an older motel, so gauge your expectations accordingly. The shower/tub was clean but not new. Though there was *no* smell of stale cigarettes, there was a slight mildewy odor in one corner of the room.

Wonderful, relaxing spot for our bike group. After a day of riding the Erie Canal, the large rooms were nice and the pool refreshing. Management was friendly and looked for any way to improve our stay, including having a shed for our bikes.

While a bit dated, this fit our group and days of biking perfectly. Wonderful value and great personal touches like geraniums in abundance to brighten the small campus.
