Hampton Inn Lockport - Buffalo, NY

I really liked the home made cookies when I arrived, I never been to a place that did that, it made you feel like you were in a small town and you special. And they were good! 😁

I was going to say the price, but I understand it’s been hard for everyone and a lot of places they been hit hard so I guess I can’t say there’s really anything that I didn’t like.

Very close to restaurants. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room clean and towels replenished. Breakfast was fresh and kept full. It was also tasty and hot.

Our bed creaked when laying down and changing positions. The sheet on the bed was too small and kept popping off the mattress.

Apparently the company had recently done a software update for multiple hotels. As a result, the room keys kept deactivating. While this was beyond the manager's control, it was very frustrating to get all the way up to your room, only to find out your key was no longer working. This happened repeatedly to our entire group.

The hotel is in a great location. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly . They are welcoming to those with pets and we traveled with our one year old Golden Retriever. Highly Recommend.

The beds are meh.. in comfort.. but that is most hotels. The rooms are a little on the small side.. same as most hotels.. other than that we were very happy .

Would like to be able to close the shades all the way as there's is a giant bright building that shines into the rooms. Shampoo and conditioner on walls is kinda gross. They were slimy and there was hair that wasn't ours in the shower and on the bed spread.

Breakfast could be better. The waffle maker was broken, so eggs were the main course. The worker could not keep up with the demand. Orange juice was very watery and watered down. Yogurt and fruit were unavailable..

Only thing I did not like is the gap of a door of the bathroom that is designed to be like what it is but still could be less.(still very nice door)

My special thanks to JASMINE from room clean service. Room cleaning was the best part what i liked during my stay here. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking was free on the territory around the hotel. The pool looked good. This is a hotel where everyone goes on a car, so the location was good and easy to find it

Clean color scheme no dominant orders. Breakfast pleasantly surprised selection and food temperature spot on. Friendly staffing

Would have liked an another night last minute decision my part booked disappointing. Big Bill's game alot of folks in from out of town.

I did not eat breakfast

The fitted sheet on the bed did not fit! The corner of the sheet never covered the corner of the mattress. While I slept the sheet worked it’s way down around my waist. I was not happy. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned.

The staff at this location was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They got rooms ready during a snowstorm on Christmas Day for many stranded travellers. Very comfy and clean rooms as well as hot food provided. Thank you!
