The shower is an accident waiting to happen. It is modern and clean. One problem. If you are standing under the shower and wish to change the water temperature or shut it off you have to walk to the other end of the stall ,on a wet slippery tiled floor, to do so, If your sitting on the built in seat, it is right there. But you are not under the shower head. I realize that this can't be change without going through a big plumbing project.

First timers and we had an exceptional time! Parking in the garage was easy with quick access to the casino. My husband and I both walked away winners with slot games we played at bar when we first got there. It was my birthday and I did really well playing the “Irish” machines - walked away with over $500 in winnings after playing for long durations on the slots. We played for two days and machines paid out well for both of us. The room was huge and the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in with the most incredible bathroom I’ve ever seen, also! Beautiful Mountain View out the window with the first snow of the season was awesome. Staff and bartender in restaurants were GREAT! We will be back as we live an hour away......

Had to wait for bartender to show up at Sports Bar (12:15) first time and second time guy didn’t even make eye contact with us - talked to a co-worker whole time we were there (only had one drink that time). Got our new member cards and girl wasn’t friendly or welcoming and didn’t make eye contact either. Went back later to ask her co-workers about the rewards system and they ran our cards and laughed at how little points we had accumulated (we were only there an hour or two!).

Clean beautifully decorated, room was immaculate and beautiful features. The view was stunning , the bathroom was modern and the rainfall shower & the Molton brown amenities were very nice.

No Valet service, so we had to park and lug all of the luggage. However when leaving we left our luggage with valet while having breakfast. We pulled the car up and the bell hop brought our luggage to the car, very appreciative

NO BREAKFAST THERE. We got up late but liked the restaurant before we went out to our event. I want to commend the woman who checked us in (Lizzy) she was great and friendly and just awesome. Also manger Liz who helped me on the phone when i called was really professional and helped solve the issue. they are great staff

only thing I didn't like was after we left i had an issue with my credit card charge and when i called the person on the other line that was helping me was having a really bad day. her name was Lori and she was very argumentative with my explanation of the problem and was actually huffing like this was a hassle to her to explain anything or even deal with me. I find that very disturbing as then why would any one want to come back if this is the response for trying to correct a mistake . But I finally got her to get a supervisor / manager and her name was liz we were able to work out the issue and she did a great job resolving it.

Super mountain view upstairs. The pool was good. In the adult pool, there is a hot water pool. It was wonderful if you like the warm water.

My kids were looking for the bath tub, but there wasn't. The style of the hotel room is kind of modern with glass. However for sound isolation, I feel wood doors would be more comfortable. For short stay, the hotel room is good enough. On the weekend, the rate is really high.

breakfast was great food , the stores , the casino excellent staff very kind, rooms are excellent too. its a nice place to be with family end of the week to relax.

i did not like where some people smoking up by my room smell weed and i called front desk . if the resort allows that will be bad some people dont like the smell of weed and they will stop going there .

Need more Double Diamond 5 dollar machines and Blackjack video machines but other than that Great Layout need Signs penny slots or 5 dollar machines need one hundred dollar reel slots not Progressive

I’ve been there before so I knew what it was like. Stayed in the Alder again, which is fine for me. 2 queen beds we’re comfortable. Played a bit of games. Fun time.

Very expensive for a room that’s in a separate building from the casino.

I am not a big casino hotel kinda of person but I enjoyed my stay here. I booked a night to celebrate my birthday with my friends and the room was very roomy and nice. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The pillows was either too firm or too soft. My only complaint!

Liked everything.. clean comfortable. The food was amazing..

Nothing comes to mind accept that no one keeps track of the adult pool and people don't obey rules and regulations and were in there with kids and trying to relax
