YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts, Catskills

I was charged BOTH by Booking.com AND the YO1 Resort. Basically I paid twice. Booking.com took my money and then YO1 took it again. What is up with that? Who do I call? Honestly I think it is Booking.com's fault

The cleanliness was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was better than expected except for the fact that there was no meat, but I get it. Beds were comfy. The bathroom had a beautiful shower and a heated bidet seat within the private toilet area. The fruit infused water was a delight.

I didn't like that the Juice Bar was only open on the weekend and the price of spa services were very high.

Excellent facilities, abundant activities with easy schedule to follow. Staff was very professional and helpful.

They lost two massage reservations which was highly disappointing. Had difficulty getting clean towels and restock of simple things like toilet paper. Disappointing to see the same garbage on hallway floor for four days.

Gorgeous, and very luxurious, but for the price of just spending two nights, it should be. The staff was friendly and they helped us after we had a small traumatic event. We came here for a funeral and being able to come back to the hotel and take a walk was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious

I am driving through and booked on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a full on resort with spa facilities including sauna, pool, hot tub, etc. gym room, walks, and fabulous vegetarian food. With breakfast and parking included, it makes this property a great price point. If I had had time I would have loved to take advantage of the services that offered, again reasonably priced. Excellent COVID protocols in place, I felt very safe. Spacious rooms, modern bathroom with electronic bidet, view out to lake was stunning. Very comfy bed and pillows. Most of the staff were amazing. I will definitely return and bring my partner and sisters next time!

The 6:30 mediation was led by someone who read off a script. I was only one present and she seemed a bit miffed she had to meditate with just one person. She was not friendly and I wished she had left me to put on a tape of my own meditation guru. The meditation space was great. When I arrived, the original designated room had changed and it took me a while to figure out where to go- after I set an early alarm! No big deal though, just annoying.

The facilities were beautiful and clean. The rooms were very comfortable.

The receptionist present at the moment of my check in was a little rude and didn’t want to accept my booking as it was according to my confirmation. My booking included breakfast and dinner. The price for 2 nights with breakfast was $620, with dinner it was $760. My reservation payment was supposed to be $760, but she said that they did not have that package and charged me $854. They falsely advertise a package on Booking.com.

Beautiful property. Mostly Great staff

Forced to wear masks everywhere on the property(temp checked and vaccinated also). I would def go back. But not until they eased off the mask rules. Also men’s steam room was not working. should be better access from the hotel to the the trails. At Check in, I was told if I’m outside on a trail without a mask I’ll be asked to leave the property, then I walk outside and there were 3 employees smoking cigarettes. That stuff was sloppy. Place is really nice tho.

Food was exceptional and good amount

Hotel was not crowed ,but would not allow me to check in early.Sunday night dinner waiter was great , Monday night young waiter was great older man needed to bring wine to table seemed very annoyed. Only 4 tables busy took him 20 minutes to bring 2 glasses of wine. Did not seem very customer oriented.

Breakfast was nutritious with variety. The staff were very attentive to our needs...

The place is understaff. We tried to ask Aquafina water and we have to request again. They compensated though by giving us exta bottles of water. Impressive!

the room was spacious, quiet and the bathroom was outstanding - the rain shower was an added bonus.

everything is very costly and has tax and 18 percent tip included so altho dinner is $35 pp, you end up paying $56 pp The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room, sitting areas, Prana yoga room are all clean and simply stunning. The rooms all face the lake, but there is no beach front or lounge chairs outdoors to sit outside other than a few chairs and end tables off the indoor pool.
