Best Western Inn at Ramsey

Typical hotel breakfast fare. Eggs, Sausage, Waffles, Cereal, Coffee Etc., They had a nice patio in the back, I should have gone out earlier. Restaurant/bar next door

Restaurant/bar was nice and peaceful on Friday afternoon. Very few customers, and those that were there were either talking , watching TV or reading. DJ came in, and EQ'd for the show. Then he played louder music that was not appropriate for the clientele that was there. That is when I discovered the back patio.

Friendly clerk at he front desk. Hot water, tea and coffee 24/7 at lobby. Neatly arranged breakfast buffeting the morning with courteous attendant. I like big TV in the room. And I love Duluth Store across the street.

Fast moving traffic in the front. Thin and hard blanket could not carry through the night without turning on the heat.

Great choices for breakfast. We loved that there was a restaurant attached to hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Nice sized fridge in the room. We also loved how many channels we had! A lot of times we have to login into our streaming accounts to watch TV but not here. It was great!

It was a bit loud- not great sound proofing. Also there were no hooks anywhere. We are a family of three and there was no where to hang clothes, wet towels, jackets except for very tiny closet area . The spigot in the tub was coming out of the wall.

The location to the train station was perfect. We were able to leave our car there because we booked a night at the end of our trip and they had no problem with us doing that which saved us money for parking. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly.

The walk to get to the train station was a little hard - it wasn’t really a path to walk on with suitcases, but we did figure it out!

Great location for my New Jersey visit. The front desk agents helped me when my Tv was having an issue and gave me extra shampoo when I was running low. Much appreciated!

One morning I left the placard indicating that I’d like the room made up but it wasn’t done.

Great staff, easy check in and check out breakfast was grab and go but had lots of options considering the options room and hotel was clean and enjoyable stay!

the room cards used to unlock the doors were a bit tricky to use on some of the doors but once ya got the trick down it was easy.. jaccuzi tub in room could have been cleaned a little bit better mostly needed the jets cleaned

The breakfast was excellent. It was especially nice that the woman who served breakfast brought food if any ran out. The bed was very comfortable.

When we checked into the room, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, it was impossible to use it.

Breakfast was quite tasty. Coffee was very good. Breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. Location was excellent! Very close to much shopping and great restaurants.

A little cheaper would have been better. When considering the lesser amount of amenities in comparison to there competitors.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. They actually had a nice breakfast. I would stay there again.

The only thing that was a problem was that the toilet flushed very slow, and if the handle wasn't held down long enough, the toilet would run.

Breakfast was nice, although there was no syrup for the waffles. Clean sheets and towels every day. The blackout curtain was almost too good at shutting light out of the room.

Shower had very low water pressure. It also took a while to get to temperature. The whole place looks worse for wear, with strange hilly hallways. It's also a bit pricey for basic lodging.
