Clarion Hotel & Suites Riverfront Oswego

Location of hotel was beautiful even though we wanted water view that we did not get. Breakfast was very good and the hotel bar that overlooks the water was awesome

The mattress was awful! If it was a comfortable mattress definitely would have been a lot better. Also my husband and I picked this hotel because we wanted a water view as this was a special trip we made to spread our sons ashes that day. The kid said they are all taken. Not sure how If check in was at 3 and we got there at like 3:05 and I requested this the night before and they said we will put it in the notes.

Location was decent. It is right on the water, near their cute little downtown where there was a couple of shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options!

I am a dog person and love all dogs. I also appreciate when hotels are pet friendly. I do NOT however enjoy being woken up in the middle of the night by a barking dog. I don't fault the dog or the hotel. The owner should have enough sense and common courtesy to remove and/or correct the dog.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at and we’ve been to more than a few. We need more hotels like this. The bar/restaurant was amazing and convenient. It’s not fun to drive around looking for food in an unfamiliar area the staff was very friendly and professional. The food was really good. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was clean and quiet no slamming doors or loud talking in halls. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. They are doing a great job!!! We were visiting Oswego University and it was 7 minutes away so the location was very convenient.

nothing everything was great

Very nice location close to Riverwalk and dining options. We had an upgrade to a king suite which had two very nice sized rooms with full wall divider and view of river. Breakfast was great with lots of choices, including lower calorie ones. Buffet maintained nicely by a sweet lady. Check-in and checkout staff also friendly and helpful

Everything was great

Excellent place. Room good size and clean with a real table and two chairs.

Kitchenette was well equipped except for the ustensils in a very few quantity, only one fork.... The bathroom is really small. We don't know how a family of four people can manage with it. The kitchen of the restaurant close at 7h PM which is short in time when you travelled during the day. Luckilly, the manager openned it for us even if it was closed to 7h30. Thank you..

The staff was great! Especially Noah and the breakfast Buffett meant we didn't have to rush to get ready to go out and eat.

The mattress in the room had a broken spring right where the middle of your body lays. Also it would be nice to have a turkey choice for breakfast meat for your guest that don't eat pork

This is not my first time staying in this hotel. Ususally, it is our family's first choice when we come to Oswego. Nothing spectacular, but generally nice, comfortable place with good breakfast and friendly stuff.

Some "far" corners of the room could've been clean a little bit better.

We were greeted and helped by a highly informative, friendly and very professional staff member, enjoyed early dinner with live music on a terrace overlooking the river, had a solid breakfast before checking out. Additionally, we had access to a swimming pool with sauna and the gym. We truly appreciated the overall experience.

Right along the River. Nice if you want to take a short walk rather than walking along the main street. Was great to walk our dog along. Good hotel restaurant which seems to be a local favorite. It was packed for dinner. Comfortable beds and linens. Would recommend this place for location and pets especially.

The only thing that really comes to mind is that there were a lot of cobwebs in the corners of the downstairs entrance. But that is really all my husband and I could come up with.

Close location to fishing trip

They offered a free drink of you ate at the restaurant. We went to get the vouchers and were only given 1 for a family of 4.
