We liked it was close to the fair. We walked back one of the times we went, did the walk in less than 15 minutes. We also liked how clean everything was, the slight chemical smell of clean was nice during these times. The food at the steakhouse was excellent and free breakfast was good.

The only negatives were the walls seemed thin next to the stairwell and one of the drivers at night time for the fair wasn’t patient, he would pull up for pickups and drive away within a minute and if you weren’t quick enough you would have to wait another hour for him to come back.

Clean room. Staff was pleasant. Decent beds. Not far from Syracuse University.

Internet didn't work and I really needed it! HIGHLY over priced for graduation weekend! Breakfast should have started MUCH earlier on graduation weekend especially with the super high room price! Graduation activities start early so those of us who counted on the convenience of breakfast were not able to get it. This is NOT a pet friendly hotel but we were able to work this out. Confusing highway ramps at the hotel so pay attention if you are not local.

The room was clean and spacious. Thermostat worked well not always the case in hotels. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Hot water was perfect as well as the water pressure.

Breakfast - Mediocre at best. No real juices only 'juice cocktails' with sugar. The breakfast room is tiny and cramped. Every hotel should have access via a room key to elevator and stairs from entrance. Paying a 'family tax' because it is 'parents weekend' at Syracuse University is a crime. Hiking the prices whenever families travel, needs to stop or there should be a boycott so the industry is aware about what the public thinks.

The property & rooms were clean, the staff courteous . The hallways were quite. The breakfast was good, beds comfortable. I loved the remote setting, no heavy traffic or people handing outside, quick access to the highway. The food from Daniella’s cafe smelled delicious which is attached next to Best Western, although we didn’t get to savor their food we will the next time we’re in Syracuse. We were in Syracuse for my mother in-law funeral & the comfortable stay at Best Western helped at our Bereavement time. I will definitely stay there again.

I liked the comfort of the room and the way the room smelled and the jacuzzi of course! Ordered food and it was delivered right to our room, didn't have to go down to the lobby to get it.

The inside of the toilet could've been cleaner. (Around the top of the bowl) the plate in the microwave was dirty and there was a few spots in the closet that could use a touch up of paint. For the price of the room, those things can be done.

Pretty good location, close to restaurants, stores and high-way. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection is very good. The room is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The steak house on site is very good, great value steak too.

The breakfast was good - just what we needed to start our day. Coffee was perfect. Daniella's Steak House was excellent where we ate Monday Night - January 16th. Our Server Denise was so nice and helpful. The Desk Clerk Nobel was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

The check in experience was awful. We get there at 3:30, 30 minutes AFTER check in time and the receptionist said “Can you come back to check in in a few hours?” I said what are you kidding?!?! She said well maybe a couple hours the rooms are not ready. So we check in 2.5 hours later and they give me a room with a king bed and I reserved 2 queens.

Very helpful and friendly counter clerk. The breakfast was great fresh hot food in a nice dining area.

I had a jacuzzi room reserved and it was not ready when we arrived....due to time constraints we had to "down grade" or accomodations. They handled this promptly and we enjoyed the stay.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly.

The shower had a crack and was dirty. At first our key card didn’t work for our room and we had to have a different room so we didn’t get our original room but that’s okay!
