The breakfast had a good selection of items. The coffee was good, the juice was delicious, and the waffles were large and tasty. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the surface of the vanity was good-sized, which enabled us to spread out our toiletries. When we were trying to check in, we had troubles with the key. The hostess accompanied us to our room to fix the problem.

we like the comfort , closeness to Syracuse, plenty of clean towels, good breakfast and the free parking.

soaps were too small for bath use and the bathroom was way too small . Not having a refrigerator all together was a surprise. we would have rather have the coffee maker in the bedroom rather than the BATHROOM .

It was stated it was only 13 minutes away from the wedding place & it was over 30 min. I wanted 15 or less. I am not happy that I had to drive that far. Please UPDATE your maps. Motel has broken blow dryer & mirrored door that you had to rig with a piece of metal.

The beds were very comfortable,shower was great. The breakfast was good as well.

We stayed in room 204. The curtains definitely need an upgrade our curtains were ripped. We had to wait a little bit for anyone to notice we were there.

The room was comfortable and clean. I was helped with my reservation by staff.

I didn't understand which end of the key card to insert and asked at the desk if there was something wrong with the key card. The response by the evening desk staff was short and rude.

The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. I was able to have a very restful sleep. 

The hotel could use some renovations, for example, the curtains were torn, however, I was able to keep them closed and have privacy. 

Polite staff, lots of place to park our truck and trailer, quiet surroundings.

The room cleaning needs a bit of improvement. I saw trimmed hair from the previous guests in the bathroom. Made me question the level of cleanliness.

Close to the NYS Fairgrounds. Pleasantly surprised that there was a microwave in the room! Clean room. Employees were super pleasant and helpful. They had a typed list of nearby restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Smallest bathroom I’ve ever been in! Old fashioned hair dryer, the wall mounted kind.

The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. There was a variety of hot and cold breakfast choices and fruit and juice options.

The property could use a little sprucing up. The vestibules on some of the exits to the rooms were dusty and had spider webs.

GReat staff. Location was very close to the Lakeview amphitheater we were going to for a show.

Weird sketchy area, building very old and quite run down. But clean and comfortable rooms for the surprise.
