Quiet. Comfortable beds; got a good night's sleep four straight nights. Nice pool, despite staff's effort to limit use.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. I took a towel into the hall to exchange it. The housekeeper said "no towels." I found their worn, handwritten signs annoying and unprofessional: "One ice bucket per day." "Pool only for guests, no family." I stayed here to be close to the grandchildren I was visiting. I can't believe they wouldn't let them come over to see me and swim for an hour. I don't expect much from a hotel "free breakfast," but napkins, tableware and syrup would be nice. No one checked how breakfast items were holding up.

Very pleasantly surprised. The room was completely updated and spotless. Each side of the bed had a soft light plus a gooseneck reading light that could be directed at your book. USB charging ports. Bathroom was very nicely updated. Refrigerator. Comfy bed and pillows.The sheets smelled so good. The room is very large. Nice towels. Biggest plus is that the hotel is set back from the highway. We were at the end of the corridor and it was perfectly silent. Adjacent to a Wegmans and Applebees, very cheap Mobil gas station, just off the highway. Location is excellent

This was my first hotel stay after the shutdown for covid. The breakfast could not be as plentiful as in the past. But everything was wrapped and they had Jimmy Dean sausage breakfast croissants which were nice

The breakfast was good. Plenty of variety, and tasty. Location for our situation was excellent, close to funeral home and church. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and nice supermarket in case you forgot something.

Our second night there, the maid forgot to leave wash cloths and replace a soap. Also did not replace the coffee that we used.

The room was good and clean. Bed was comfy and t.v. was first rate. No problem with check in which was great because I have had issues with check in at other hotels.

The breakfast was very sparse, only packaged muffins, egg sandwiches, and juice, coffee, and tea were available. It could still be covid protocols, but the whole thing was disappointing. Need more fresh food, especially real eggs, fruit, cereal, and yogurt would be nice. Also, they didn't have a hot tub even though one was advertised. When I book a room, I wish I get what I pay for. Also, the pool while nice and warm was murky, so wasn't sure if it was clean. The location difficult to find and being from out of town just adds to the frustration. Once there, everything went fine.

The breakfast was good and staff at this facility were very friendly and helpful.

I have no negative comment about this location as I have stayed their about times this summer. The price per night is fair, great location as most of the stores are walking distance. Moreover,I am coming from Delaware visiting Syracuse was great place to stay.

The Room was Spacious and Clean. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE! 💤💤💤 The Bathroom mirror...👏🏾👍🏿💯! The Gentleman at the front desk was MOST helpful and accommodating in my time need! Thank You! Also Thank You to the Woman at the desk who originally discovered my problem. I'm sorry I don't have their names.

Needed more water pressure in the shower and it drained a little slow. Internet connection was spotty at times. PAYING FOR 3 ROOMS WHEN ONLY STAYING IN 1!! NOTE: Not the HOTELS fault. Still pending......

The breakfast was alright for the price. I loved the upgrade of the closet door and the staff was very polite and accommodating to all that I saw come in. Hotel was clean and did not smell moldy.

The maintenance of the food area and preparation needs some improvement.

Bed was very comfortable. TV channel selection was excellent and easy to use. A/C system worked well. Location was great.

Ants in the room. No shampoo in the shower which I should have checked BEFORE taking a shower.

Good variety and taste. Good location.

There were a few little things that I noticed. Hair on the tub and picture in bathroom needed to be cleaned. Nothing I couldn’t live with.it looked pretty newly remodeled/updated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the cost!

Great location and very clean. Would of been real happy if they had a jacuzzi.

Only had apple juice and no other juice choice. Only had one choice of yogurt, strawberry,which I don't like.
