Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay

We were greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival. Excellent first impression as everything was clean, organized and welcoming. Our room was perfect. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was super clean and well stocked. Air conditioning was simple to adjustPerhaps most noteworthy about our stay was that we heard very little noise from outside our room. No doors slamming shut. No toilet flushes or showers in nearby rooms. Quiet hallways. I know the hotel was at full capacity. The breakfast had a good variety and was always well-stocked. Coffee and water were available at all times in the lobby and was very much appreciated! Overall, our weekend stay was super. This will be my go-to hotel when in the Syracuse area!!

Really liked the variety for breakfast. Also, everybody was extremely friendly and helpful! Also, may I suggest having a bucket and squeegee for your guests to use to clean their windshields during the summer.

The A/C system seemed to have a malfunction. Also, the desk chair back was torn, and the freezer was heavy frosted. I did notify the front desk when we left. Also, the room needed an extra chair. Lastly, I know that it is common now for hotels to stop leaving note pads in the room, but this creates a problem for me. I like to leave a note for the maid with my tip, and this makes it difficult.

Didn't find the closet until we were leaving...it was well hidden behind a mirror with no indication it was a mirror. Sorry wrong box.

Did not like finding feather and down filled pillows on the beds when l had specifically told booking.com l am allergic to them an needed hypoallergenic bedding. Hampton lnn did not get that message.

The stay was wonderfully.The breakfast was really good.The room was nice and clean.And it was really nice that you expected pets.We just adopted a cat 😺 and needed a place to stay because we had mouse problem in our apartment.Would definitely stay again,

Nothing everything was perfect

my daughter and I always stay at this hampton inn when we come from canada.. why .. location .. walking distance to restaurants, close to stores .. that we like ... there is really no need to go to the destiny mall .., unless you want cheesecake factory

my only thing was our tv .. we were in room 323 .. the tv was very dark and we were not able to change the picture .. to make it brighter

Connivence, close nice eatery’s, 15 minutes to State Fair, pool, hot tub, very nice hot breakfast included. Beds and room very clean and comfortable.

At first hot tub wasn’t hot, second day asked, and they turned it up. Otherwise everything was great

there was garbage in the garbage can next to the tv and I rented 3 rooms and in all 3 of the rooms the top of the refrigerators was dirty haven’t bein clean for a while .. the pool had too much Clorox my 5 year old twins eyes where really red and it was hurting them they couldn’t go to sleep.. but everything els was really good.

Our son loves your pool, and I am glad it’s so well kept. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and enjoy the spaciousness of the rooms.

The sinks in the room bathrooms never drain very well. (It’s a stretch to find something I don’t like at the property though.)

We always chose to stay at.this hampton inn because of the location to many stores. And restaurants the beds are very comfy.

We had an issue with the tv . But was rectified by the staff. Our room rug (310) might need a good clean seemed to have a big stain

Having laundry available to dry bathing suits rates high on our list.
