The location. The price. The size and accomodations of the room. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. There was a full cup of something still in the microwave. The light fixtures were dusty making room feel dingy. The stove top was not wiped clean as there was clearly an old spill on most of it. The hot tub water in the pool area looked abnormally cloudy as if it required a good cleaning which was a disappointment as that is one of the most important features to us when booking a room.

Good parking area, roomy and comfortable room. Kitchenette perfect for cooking, preparing light meals, especially with fridge, coffee making and microwave equipment. It was a blessing to have the clothes washing facilities too! Pool and jacuzzi great fun. Breakfast perfect, which could be taken to our room. We enjoyed meeting people in the breakfast area so we stayed there to eat. Staff exceptionally helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Loved our stay!

Needed extra towel rails in bathroom area.

Love the 2 bedroom suites. Comfortable bed, wonderful family space, and great kitchen. Love the use of basketball courts, pool, breakfast Buffett, fire pit sitting area, walking trail, and location.

There is large air conditioning unit that is very loud by the fire pit and outside sitting are. It was super loud so we had to raise our voices out there but otherwise fantastic.

We were in town to see a show at the Kodak Center and stayed 2 nights in a one-bedroom King Suite, which was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us. The amenities in the room (fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven plus utensils) were great! We appreciated the many areas to plug in USB chargers in addition to having 2 smart TV's in the suite. The breakfast menu (now changed from buffet due to Covid) ordering was a great alternative and I was so happy to see both the pool and hot tub were up and running (and very clean)! The whole hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and housekeeping did a great job as well! In addition to all of this, the hotel is in a perfect location near the airport, restaurants, bars and recreational activities! I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

People in the neighboring room were smoking marijuana and you could smell it in the hallway and coming through the heat ducts. Staff could monitor the "no smoking" policy.

Loved the room, it was so big and comfortable! So very nice to be able to sit on a couch to relax and the kitchen was excellent too! Breakfast was also excellent, loved the little egg dishes!

If I had any complaints at all it would be the long walk to the room. I actually came across a kid that had gotten lost and couldn't find the elevator. Seemed like the rooms were in a totally different building although connected with zigzaging hallways.

Room was spacious, pillows comfy, well supplied kitchen and hot showers. Breakfast and staff were GREAT! Overall looked good.

We had 2 rooms. One had a "damaged" lamp shade, bed was made but appeared hastily thrown together, was stocked with different toiletries, and a sliding closet door was stuck. Pullout mattress was in poor shape. Room could use a deeper cleaning however, my dil is a private cleaning provider ...Keurig please!!

This place was PERFECT!…I have service dogs with me and the rooms were spacious enough for my 2 dogs and my 2 kids!…they have basketball court I sure which meant everything to my boys!…and an indoor pool which entertained them even more and the best part is the hot tub was working!!!!!…EXCELLENT STAY!

Convenient, clean, well maintained. Room was large and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Very nice.

The pool was crowded with kids. No parental supervision and kids were jumping and running all over the place. Very dangerous with the wet surfaces

even though this property chose not to do their buffet during COVID, instead of doing something simple, they had u fill out a slip and time you wanted your breakfast and they made it for you and perfectly labeled and displayed for when you came to get it. them taking the time to do this shows dignity

furniture in the rooms were kinda in rough shape and no stand under tv, just a hanging by wires cable box

This was the second time we have stayed here. I love the two bedroom suites, the large living area and kitchen. Every year in February we bring our children here to blow off some winter steam because the pool and hot tub are incredible ESPECIALLY during covid. Also, it is a short drive for us and there are so many fun things to do in Rochester. There are so many options for UBER EATS and plenty of local (walking distance) restaurants and pubs. Bounce houses/trampoline parks are also just a short drive away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just OK this last time, but we did take into consideration that we could not eat in main area due to covid and that breakfast was bagged and had to be taken to your room. Also, if you have a later breakfast some options that you have chosen they have run out of and may be replaced with something else. We had smaller children with us who were very picky so if this sounds like you bring some pop tarts or quick breakfast foods for them. We will definately be back again next year.
