The breakfast was good...lots of choices. Location good....near stores and restaurants. The best thing was I arrived hours early and the young lady at the desk found me a ready room right away.. .and no extra charge! Tge gentleman at night was very helpful if I had any requests. And I was literally around the corner from the coffee/tea bar ....so I was a happy camper. And the dining room was across from that....which was open all night to sit in if one wanted to leave the room and just read it watch t.v. with a cup of tea.

It was really quiet. There were a lot of people staying at this hotel, including a school wrestling team. I wish I knew what school so I could give them a compliment. They were nice, super quiet and respectful to others. The breakfast was hot and really good. The room was very spacious and clean. There was someone smoking weed in their room near our room. When we came back from breakfast, our room wreaked of weed which was unfortunate and made me and my children sick to our stomachs.

Nice rooms, however very noisy! Two areas of concern: my room was located directly across from the elevator and I could hear everyone talking late into the night and also morning. Poor insulation on the windows. Very loud(traffic) Otherwise, it was great.

The location was great - even though it is on a main road that was busy, we were able to choose between numerous restaurants that were in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (included in room price) provided a great selection of foods - cereals, hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage and even a make your own pancake machine! All food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. A good value for the price.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff!

This morning around 7am went outside and another guest realized her car/suv had been broken into as well as another couple who came from out of town. I was born and raised in Rochester and it’s not the Hotel or staffs fault as it has gotten so bad!

All of the staff was very polite. Easy assess to many things. Walking distance to restaurants hosp and doc offices. Love the variety of the breakfast. Clean amd comfortable room. Easy checking and check out. Quiet rooms even the hallways spelled good

There wasn't anything I didn't like. This hotel was all we needed.

VERY comfortable beds and pillow for a 2 star. Location is great, Olive Garden next door and starbucks across the street

3rd floor smelled like a pot grow-op, but I put a towel under the door and it kept the smell out Breakfast wasn’t great, but acceptable for a 2 star I guess.

Good place to stay, clean, quiet, good breakfast. No soap, in the bathroom.

I presented an AARP card for senior discount, recepcionist didn't said anything about it . I mean if it was accepted or not.

i like everything there besides some of the people that are there sometimes staying but the hotel location service staff everything is amazing. the rooms are super comfy and cozy
