The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean as well as our room. There was a hot breakfast, which was delicious. The pool was open, the hot tub was closed our first day, but was fixed by the 2nd day. The area around the hotel had quite a few restaurants and shopping areas, which was great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Breakfast was great for a continental. The lady serving breakfast items was super friendly and accommodating. We liked the hot tub option as well. Also liked that it was a smaller place with a small parking lot.

The pool was a little murky, hopefully it was just cleaning chemicals. When we pulled out our pull out couch to show our kids there was a cheeto on the bed which grossed me out and our toilet didn't flush properly.

Breakfast was great. The staff was great. I wasn't expecting snow and didn't bring a scraper to deal with the overnight snowfall. The staff loaned me a brush. I also neglected to bring shaving cream and there was none for sale with the other toiletries(?) But they gave me a can from the back. They quickly came up and helped me manage the controls for the air conditioner when I could not figure out how to cool the room down my first night, and later when I was trying to watch the football game Monday night.

The TV in my room did not work. I was unable to select the channel for the football game. Shwana came up and took a look but was unable to do anything with it. She told me that the hotel is changing its TV service. But she set me up downstairs so that I could watch the game on the large screen TV in the breakfast area. So I was happy.

they charge additional $20 per day as incidentals above the hotel rent!! when they added that amount to my existing, Booking.com didn’t allow the payment to go through!! on repeated attempts it blocked my cards for the whole weekend!! I was left to do all transactions in cash which was a problem as I was not able to use Uber & Lyft as they didn’t support Cash payment!! I had to walk 6miles in the snow just to convert currency!!

The bed was brand new and VERY comfortable! I have a very expensive high quality mattress with a topper and the bed at the hotel was very comparable. Room was newly renovated and clean and modern. Very nice room. Excellent value for $119/night.

The rooms were clean and spacious. And the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast selection was nice.

Very impressed walking right in the door, everything was clean and the staff was extremely polite. The room was very nice, was very happy with the size and layout. The bathroom was spotless and towels weren't cheap and thin they appeared almost new. Parking was well lit and safe. There is not a single complaint with the room, exercise area, breakfast area or staff. This was our second time staying at Fairfield Inn and will stay again when traveling
