1. They had 2 different restaurants in the hotel. They were pretty good, french toast and an egg sandwich (both days). 2. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the old 1930’s look to it (felt cozy).

1. I was worried about parking in the parking garage, looked like it was rusting with age. 2. There were no good restaurants nearby, besides the ones in the hotel. There were only vending machines on 3 floors, not on every floor.

Sheraton Syracuse was perfectly located for the Syracuse University's Orange Preview day for prospective students. Meeting place on on campus was a short walk from hotel. Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Parking in the attached garage was very easy/convenient, too! We could park there all day during University event even though checked out of hotel.

The staff was outstanding….very friendly and welcoming and ready to help. There was plenty of seating in the lobby area, so it was easy to separate from other conversations. The front entrance was well lit. It was a good area for walking our puppy

I didn’t like the extra cost of parking a car.

The front desk worker when we checked in was PHENOMENAL. They (don't want to assume pronouns) were so nice, up beat, and let off a good vibe. We chit chatted while checking in and they were so genuine. They has blonde tips with dark roots on their curly hair and nose piercings. Can't remember their name!

This location never fails to meet my expectations. The rooms are clean, team members are nice and this is also in a great location.

The breakfast staff seemed a little impatient and started breaking down the breakfast buffet early on 2 consecutive days.

The breakfast at Rachels was exceptional..! staff were lovely and very attentive.. everything came out hot and delicious.. had the Buffett on the weekend.. really wonderful. Prices for the restaurants were very reasonable and the food quality was wonderful

The staff was great across the board, from the front desk clerk who dealt professionally with the rude and inebriated guests checking in ahead of me, to the friendly bartenders in the lounge, to the desk clerk who made sure i hung knto my room key so i could exit tge parking garage hassle free.

Nothing negative to say about this property.

i loved that it was near where we needed to go. however if your a guest at the hotel you shouldn’t have to pay to park …. I get it’s a revenue things but it’s not like I’m staying at the university or anything. I’m staying at the hotel!

The facility was great, are room was a little dirty… the parking sucked and so did the mattress

The location was perfect. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It felt like the hotel was almost empty the first night we were there. The connecting room they gave us for our son was a suite (and 3x bigger than our room with the King bed!)

$16/day for parking seemed steep, even if it was unlimited in/out all day. Starbuck in lobby was never open. All furnishings in the public areas and the rooms were worn. The tub was VERY slippery, with no non-slip mat provided. Paint is peeling off bathroom walls because the exhaust fan is not working or not present. Had to call front desk to get AC to function in our room. Had to switch TV remote in our room 4 times during the course of our stay. They had a captive audience for breakfast/lunch--quite pricey for standard hotel fare. Nothing within walking distance for a sit-down meal at any mealtime. All in all--double the price we paid in Western PA. Syracuse is not NYC, so didn't expect that.

Great location for an overnight in Syracuse. East parking with the attached garage with in and out privileges with room key access/.

Carpets seemed older and shower was extremely slippery.
