Mia (customer service at front counter during check in) was great. Explained the property layout, was able to accommodate adjacent room request, recommended nearby local events.

The parking, for guests that arrive (or check out) when the onsite lot is full. Consider providing valet for cars to and from the overflow parking structure, or reserving the standing area in front of the hotel for 15 minute increments for guests retrieving vehicles from the overflow parking structure.

Our room was spacious, comfortable. Location was excellent. Very nice breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Coffee and juices were available in the lobby 24/7.

We were surprised that during our four nights (five days) the housekeeping department never serviced the room. While we were fine and had no specific requirements, at a Best Western one would at least expect that waste paper baskets would be emptied and towels refreshed.

Curtains in bedroom cannot fully close and allow light through in the morning; Toilet seat was not secured properly; Shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced - oversprays into face; No bathroom vent; No hand soap in bathroom; Only one regular coffee K-Cup for the Keurig - the rest was decaf

I liked the queen room, it was very cozy and clean. In the morning you could smell the breadfast as people was quietly eating. Peace of mind filled the air. I also liked the security of the hotel. You needed your room key card to enter the building. Really classy place to stay.

I did not like the limit of parking for guess, eventhrough I parked right in front of the hotel.

Attractive old building, good lobby, great location, felt secure, nice kitchenette in room. common areas were very clean. Nice linens. Staff happy to tell hotel history when asked.

Tough to get hot water, tub cracked and stained, squeaky bed frame, corners of room/baseboards dusty, only one light (over sink) in large bathroom, needed 2nd chair.

coffee and tea available,cold breakfast available if u leaving early, very peaceful, beautiful view,spacious, clean ... a bit outdated but clean and not smelly.... great location... can find parking arounds,restaurants close by.... Syracuse is not a vacation place but great for travel professionals.

The hotel is basically the opposite of most hotels. The lobby seemed a little tired, but the rooms were updated, clean, and lovely.

The elevators were a bit outdated and scary, but seemed to get the job done. The locked front door seemed extreme for Syracuse and made me wonder if my car would be safe in its street parking spot.

Rooms were clean, a lot of amenities. Full kitchen with refrigerator, sink and glassware/dishes! We had the king suite, had 2 TVs. Breakfast was great! Great selection of food, staff was very friendly.

Wish there were more hooks in the bathroom and shower curtains that kept the water in the shower! Also needed more light in the rooms.

2nd time we’ve stayed at this property and seriously no complaints! very comfortable, clean, good staff, great location and the price was excellent! we will definitely be staying here again!

the only thing that could be a downside for some but wasn’t a problem for us is the tiny parking area- we were able to get a spot in there so that didn’t affect us.

Super clean and secure, comfortable bed, excellent location.

I prefer a cool pillow but not a huge deal. You overbooked but we met a wonderful person and figured everything out
