The location was perfect, literally right across from the mall. Free breakfast was good, I just wish they had more options for people who don't eat beef or pork. Like maybe chicken or turkey sausage and bacon. You get two free drinks happy hour 5:30pm-7:30pm, I didn't use it but that was very nice of them. They have a pool and fitness center so that was a plus for my kids.

Booking had the check out for 12pm and it was supposed to be for 11am so that needs to get changed. Not sure whose responsible for that but the hotel was fine with us leaving at 12pm, but that does need to get clarified with bookings. Also they called up the day of check out about too much noise. I have 3 small ones, I think you would expect some noise, and they weren't that loud. There was a dog barking for literally an hour that morning and I made no complaints about it. So that kind of got me upset.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Prefer a walk-in shower vs. a tub. Would like breakfast to go later. Ended at 930. We slept in and missed it. On TV, the channel guide provided only channel names. There was no listing of what was on. Information regarding our stay and amenities was digital only. No physical info packet. The room was billed as a 2 bedroom. Suite. It was 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a living room area with a couch that pulled out to a bed. Not really 2 bedrooms.

It has an open and spacious lobby with plenty of seating. My favorite thing was the free breakfast. 7-930am. Besides he regular buffet-muffins, toast, fruit, yoghurt etc., they have a personable and charming chef who will cook your omelet or eggs to order! If it's not too busy, he may even make you blueberry pancakes. The rooms were great (2 rooms-office and bedroom).

Very understaffed on the housekeeping side. You have to make an appointment if you want your room serviced (which we did, for a 5 day stay) and also you can't be in the room when they're there.

I enjoyed the cleanliness! I enjoyed the quietness and how nice the whole hotel was. There was many things to do around the hotel too so it was a very convenient location. One of the best hotels i stayed at.

I love the digital key feature. It gets you straight into the room right at check in. HOWEVER my key for both the pool and gym did not work. The only thing that would open were the doors around it. Very sad.

Loved the team member, who prepared eggs, omelettes, and pancakes. He was pleasant and welcomed everyone, and made plenty of announcements about what he served and could make special for you.

The breakfast hours should open earlier, and the attending staff started cleaning up early and shutting down the food. That type of atmosphere did not make you feel welcomed, and as if we were a bother.

loved the property. front desk staff was friendly. breakfast was good. room was comfy and spacious.

we had to wait over an hour for our room and it was about 3 hours after check in time started. they did apologize and discounted our room. also we were told check out was 12. around 11:15 we had a knock on our door and it was housekeeping asking if we were leaving or if we had an extended stay. I told him we were told checkout was 12 and we were packing up and leaving soon. he seemed annoyed. we thought that was rather pushy and uncalled for.

location was the best. we stayed for access to Destiny USA. and it is literally across the street.

small pool. over crowded. no hot tub. buffet was 8/10 the people working it were wonderful. especially the guy working the egg station. but rest of the food was 7/10. tasted like it was frozen, cooked and put it the serving try’s too soon. tv had not much choice for channels. movies that showed weren’t available (no signal).

The location is great! It is across from the mall with the carousels and right off the main road. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was comfortable. We got in super late 1am and there was someone at the front desk.

Out room was comfortable but the common space with the pull out couch was a little small and it was difficult to maneuver when it was open. However, the main bedroom is separate which was a nice bonus.

breakfast was ok.. not much variety.. staff at breakfast was bad. this helper lady was v rude. I asked her if cappuccino available and she bluntly said no and than I heard she saying to her co worker that if need cappuccino than go Dunkin’ donut, disgusted by her behavior I was in rush so left otherwise would have complained to manager.

Lots of choices for breakfast. The chef cooking the eggs and omelettes was very cheery and added to the atmosphere. Toiletries were lovely, bathroom large and rooms clean. Happy hour was a bonus. Close to Destiny US for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Sheets were too small for the bed. Heater took a long time to heat the room.
