Clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Loved the walk in shower.

The staff at the front desk have made me feel like an imposition, rather than the reason they are there. In calling a couple days before my arrival to work out a change in my arrival date, the person was very curt & abrupt. I found out that since I used Booking, I had to go through them. I did that & it got worked out to my satisfaction, which I am grateful for. Then on my arrival, the front desk clerk was preoccupied by other guests to give me much attention. No eye contact until the very end. When I got to my room, there were no towels. That was addressed quickly. Just not the greatest arrival. But the room was great & I slept well.

The location near the highway and a couple places to eat was ideal since we were stopping only overnight. The pool was clean and my kids loved it. They did have a coffee maker that we didn’t use and fresh bottled water.

The fridge wasn’t exactly cold, and there was nothing like silverware etc even though there was a small kitchenette. (I’m sure you could request from the front desk, but I wasn’t going to make trouble for a single fork).

The pool and hot tub were very nice. The rooms were large and had kitchen facilities.

The rooms were a bit run down (spongy wallpaper in the bathroom, dirty grout) and bathrooms weren’t updated (shower curtain instead of glass, old-style shower faucet, granite ctops with hole for Kleenex (that they don’t put Kleenex in anymore). Morning breakfast is not worth $15 - should be included for the price the room costs.

Gorgeous room, lovely bathroom products, great shower head, COMFORTABLE beds, lovely bed linens, thick absorbent towels, nice little kitchenette with microwave and 2 burner stove top. I guess you would need to bring your own equipment because there was nothing to use if you wanted to eat in the room.

There’s nothing negative to say, it’s lovely, well maintained, exceptionally comfortable, and well maintained.

Location, wonderful included breakfast, clean & inviting room. Very impressed.

At first, felt I was an inconvenience to the front desk staff. But as we talked, she warmed up & I ended up really liking her. The hotel had lots of kids that weekend, so noise from kids running & yelling in the hallway. But it didn’t keep me from sleeping. So all is good.

Great location right off the highway, lots of free parking. Easy check in and out. Restraunt / bar on site with good selection of wines. Next to the front desk they have snacks and drinks for sale including alcoholic beverages. I was given a room with the preference requested. Good size clean room ..kitchenette with stove top, microwave, and small fridge..not full size but larger than mini. Bottles of water and bag of chips on the counter. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows plus extra in dresser draw if needed.

Began loosing hot water toward end of my showe..i've never had that happen at a hotel and thought it was s bit odd. I left the do not disturb sign on door yet housekeeping knocked more than an hour before check out time..perhaps management should review with them what do not disturb means.

The personalized service from your front desk team Jessica and Cam along with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was more than expected- then add in the complimentary Starbucks and chips in the room and it was as close to perfect as it can be

Great place in a good location. The staff was helpful. The morning breakfast was awesome. Our cat was treated like a Queen, she loved it. It was a great stay. Next trip to Syracuse, we will be staying there.

The hotel was clean and nice great breakfast. Check in was at 3 but are room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 6, waited 6-8 but had dinner in between the restaurant and bar was nice

There was not a pool or jacuzzi limit... a cheer competition was that weekend and adults could not use the pool or jacuzzi due to young kids occupying it the hold time

Good location, easily accessible from highway and good restaurant across the street

I received a $143 charge from the onsite bar and grill, which I never went to. I had to call three times to get this resolved
