it was clean and roomy enough

The Pub was a huge disappointment. The only available wait staff was a bartender who was more interested in partying than serving us. we had to flag her down to get her to come take our order (which was incomplete when it came , but she wouldn’t know because she was ar the Karaoke mic singing ). We were never asked if we wanted a second drink . The singers, including the bartender were not good singers so the ridiculously loud volume made the experience painful. That the hotel is not responsive to the volume alone is a deterrent to using the hotel again.

I wasn't expecting much from a three-star hotel, but check-in was easy, the room was more spacious than I expected, and it had thoughtful amenities like power sources next to the bed and a refrigerator. I was in Utica for the Boilermaker and, even though the breakfast bar had not yet opened, the staff left out grab and go food for us runners who had to get up early. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The only thing I didn't like was the price, but I cannot blame them for pricing what the market would bear during Boilermaker weekend.

Breakfast was the standard "breakfast included" with a hotel stay...it was okay but we only had bagels one day and opted to go out to breakfast the second day.

Check in was a little lengthy. They put two incidental holds on my credit card and told me that it wouldn't go through (even though both showed up on my CC statement). They then put 2 additional holds on my husband's debit card (also said the first didn't go through). Hopefully the system will start accurately communicating that the charge/hold went through to avoid multiple holds/charges. Hopefully the holds will come off of our CC statements

We left a laptop behind in our hotel room, and the staff were very helpful and efficient in sending it to our destination. Thank you!

The default TV channel in the breakfast room is Fox News, a network that recently was ordered to pay $750 million in damages for purposely disseminating false information about the last national election. Not all of your clients being exposed to right wing propaganda.

The BeerGarden is why we come! it’s the perfect gathering spot a casual tavern style pub with excellent brew and fare for a small venue! Well Done Chef and Crew! We missed you this time as hours were limited. investment in staff to run the BeerGarden with wider hours will surely bring solid return! my Siblings and I have had great food brew service and times ar your place. Hotel is a good location of you need to go to Utica area; property is clean and layout is sensible. The pool is a nice setting for sitting swimming and sunning and is well kept.

Time to invest in those automatic doors for front! Unfit for seniors for sure, a pregnant woman or woman carrying a baby and a bag, a person in a wheelchair, and difficult for anyone coming in with their luggage. it’s archaic in these days not to have auto doors at a hotel. From a marketing perspective you’re narrowing your market share by not making this investment which has assured return.

We checked in late, the gentleman at the desk was quick, friendly, and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. I did feel it could have used another lamp. The one corner was quite dark. But, we feel right to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of it, and clean.

The stairs and the elevators were "down the hall, around the corner, take a left". It could have been made easier i think. The room needed more light, the shower seemed difficult to use, I had trouble getting hot water. Maybe, just me.

The staff were awesome! Kraig helped by getting us some extra towels. Lindsey was our bar/restaurant hostess who was a lady that smiled the whole evening even though she was the only hostess!! The bar/restaurant was full too! Everyone in room seemed to really enjoy themselves! The shock was when she was there to be our breakfast hostess too! Morning person had an emergency and unable to show! She only had 2-3 hours sleep but you would never know!! She was smiling, efficient, and greeting all of us! This staff appears to love and take pride in their work. Roim was clean and comfortable. Stay here for a great night!

I have no complaints!

The breakfast was fine, the food was fresh and the dining area was nice and clean. Staff in the Inn were very pleasant. It had its own bar and food menu for lunch and dinner, which made it very convenient after a very long day of driving.

The shower had a bad leak in the pipe that sprayed water in the bathroom, looks like the joint where the pipe met the showerhead was broken. I informed the staff at checkout.

visiting family in New Hartford area This hotel was great. my grandsons loved the pool. The beds and pillows very comfortable. It is in a quiet location. I will definitely use and recommend this hotel.

The restaurant was closed yet on line info had it as open. We asked about breakfast places elsewhere yet the staff didn’t know that the restaurant they recommended closeby didnt open until 11. inconvenienced.

I like that it is QUIET. Even with 118 military people that arrived. Our stay was quiet. John & Dan are top notch staff and always so helpful. All of them are pleasant always. We love coming here for our “hideout” for some peace from our hectic lifestyle. Lol. John the cook who prepares the hot breakfast is very hospitable as well. I’m not sure of the young lady’s name….Natalie I think…cheerful also. Thank you all! We will be back soon.

Actually, we like everything. Dan lent us a lamp for quiet lighting in the bathroom. We liked that.
