Exceptional cleanliness, storage, and room size. Cost was a bit more than we usually pay when we travel, but well worth it! Breakfast had a variety of choices for all folks, Pool was great for the kids, gym was roomy, close to the wedding venue where we were headed as well as the casino with a convenience store a skip away. The firepit and sitting area was wonderful for evening conversation with family and friends.

One drawer had another person's hair in it, so that was a turnoff, otherwise all drawers, closet and all else was very clean.

Room and lobby was new and modern. it was close to the Casino so the visitors in older age gap frequented the establishment. The corridors were clean and the rooms were well maintained

The young gentleman at check in seemed very inquisitive as to why i was so far from home. If i was here on business or just passing through. in my many yrs of travel it didn't sound like small talk to me.

We left our iPhone charger in room and my daughters sneakers and I’ve been trying to call the front desk or some live person and I can only get reservations line - very disappointed - I think there should be a contact live person to speak to current and post guests at the hotel for someone like myself to get service. Thank you

very accommodating and staff is amazing!! every time I walk through the door I am greeted with a friendly smile. also the 24/7 shuttling to the casino is amazing and very worth the price for the room would stay here over turning stone anytime… away from the chaos  but close enough to join if I want!!

The property was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the casino and the outside sitting area.

We had an issue checking in as he said our reservation was not showing in their system from booking. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Also disappointed with the pillows. They were flat as can be. Could have used about 2 more to keeps our head elevated.

The staff were great.The morning breakfast lady and Collin the gentleman at night were awesome..We were bunked up w 3 kids 2 adults for 2 days due to large storm and Hampton inn was very accommodating friendly and comfortable thanks

Breakfast food selection, was terrible... with such a new contemporary style hotel the breakfast could of been better..nothing the staff did was wrong just food selection. I ate a bagel 2 days in row my husband banana n toast we went to dunkin doughnuts for kids . My only complaint would be the food/ drink selection for complimentary.

Loved the hotel...Room was very clean and staff was wonderful to us and our dog......I loved it was super close the the Turning Stone and offered a shuttle bus ride to our concert....

The beds were sort of high up at least for me being short and handicapped.....I believe there should be a hand held shower for disabled people like myself....it was very hard trying to shower without one.....

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast bar had a nice choice each day.

Can't really say there was anything I did not like. The room was not cleaned everyday. But I understand with the shortage of staff in most businesses right now.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast as we got in late and slept in.

I always feel like on weekends the breakfast should be extended until 11, even if there are only limited options past 10. Those that want to sleep in should not be excluded and should have the option to grab a bagel or muffin (or something) up until checkout.

Totally welcoming and attentive to my Maine Coon cat, pet friendly room was large clean and comfortable.Room service food was excellent timely and delivered graciously! We were on a cross country trip and so appreciated this facility!
