The room was very nice. We were there 2 nights and only there for sleeping. We were in town for Indian Land High School graduation and spent most of our time at my daughters house. She already had several other out of town family staying with her so we decided to get a room rather than overwhelm her. The dishwasher and garbage disposal would be great to use if there for a longer time. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room.

The only 2 issues for me were 1) no outlet at the mirror at the bathroom sink. It's very hard to use your hair dryer and other appliances in the kitchen. 2) there was mold or something black on the shower curtain. It should have been cleaned or replaced in my opinion.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was incredible! Spacious as well. Breakfast was filling. Coffee was good. Pool are was great!

If I had anything negative it would be that breakfast did not include those of us that are vegetarian or even vegan. Yes, there was cereal, yogurt and breads but no eggs without meat. I had asked the present staff member before trying the egg omelette provided what it had mixed in it and was told only peppers. That wasn't the case. Two bites in and found ham. 😭

I really like your hotel and the people. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are so comfortable, and very nice especially when I stay for the week. I just stayed for my 3rd time this year, and plan to make it my go to when I travel to the area for work.

Comfortable rooms, enjoy access to larger fridge and enjoy the workspace/desk set up

My room -- 412 -- shower pressure was low.

Kitchenette is a must for these out of town sports tournaments! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool table was a big hit with our teens.

My son wishes the sofa bed was a bit bigger, but otherwise no complaints.

Proximity to family

No one at front desk consistently so people can come and go without you. Knowing who they are. Building seems poorly constructed. And poorly maintained.

The room was very clean and well organized, the staff was very polite and respectful. Price was pretty reasonable would recommend this for just a little get away.

Cleanliness

The NAME of the location through me off. It was a lot farther away than I was expecting. It is located on the border of Charlotte and Indian Land. Technically Fort Mill there, but way on the very east side of Fort Mill near the border of Charlotte/Ballantyne area. I thought I was booking the Mariott Courtyard in the main area of Fort Mill. I discovered there is actually another Mariott TownPlace Suites near Carowinds Amusement Park, which is again, on the border of Fort Mill and Charlotte on the west side of Fort Mill. Lastly, there was a little dog barking next door to me. This hotel accepts pets as guests so be aware of this.

As always great place to stay

In the morning no coffee or breakfast as advertised and no explanation as to why. Felt management should have done a much better job with that

I only stay here when in town. The front desk clerk Madison I believe was very professional and helpful. Fantastic employee from a customer stand point
