Breakfast was yummy! The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly.

The pool was not open. I would have rated exceptional over all if the pool had been opened. We had booked a different hotel for our trip on booking.com. When we arrived, the place was so bad and smelly we cancelled before we checked in. We rebooked on booking.com but that website did not have the notice that the pool was closed. Our son, who is stationed at Ft Bragg, drove over with his family so we could meet our new 3-month-old granddaughter and see our almost 4-year-old grandson. The plan was to swim and enjoy some laid back family time. we found something else to do but it was disappointing we couldn't use the pool.

It was clean, convenient, and comfortable!

Upon arriving in our room, there was only one towel and one washcloth (there were 3 of us). We asked for more towels and were told they didn’t have any clean ones. So we all three shared one washcloth and one towel. The next morning we asked the front desk for more and we were given hand towels. On our last night my husband asked once again for towels and washcloths and the person working acted super annoyed with our request and asked how many we needed. We did receive them at that point.

room was clean and comfortable, elevators worked. ice machine was a huge bonus cause it actually worked

when i went for breakfast, everything was empty but i went at a bad time cause it seemed like everybody else went at the same time so it wasnt the hotels fault..just alot of people eating at the same time so the food went quickly

There was a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff kept area stocked with food. Sitting area was clean and spacious. Lobby area was spacious and appealing with a warm feeling.

My room key kept reading yellow after going to the desk twice. Maintenance came and helped me get into my room. He was friendly. It wasn't the staff's fault. We gotta love technology..lol

Customer Service was great. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very accommodating in answering questions and providing any additional services when needed.

They do not change the bed sheets for customers staying longer than one (1) night. You must place a request at the desk if you want clean sheets and towels. There is no hot coffee when checking out before 6:00 A.M.

The room was very clean and very nice for the price that was charged. The bathroom was also very spacious along with the shower!

The area surrounding the hotel was not the best. We didn’t necessarily feel unsafe, but we wouldn’t have gone exploring around if we did not have our car with us.

It was by the airport and seeing all the airplanes

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a King size bed and room and upgraded to a smoking room and ended up with a double room that was non smoking I really didn’t appreciate that bc if I knew that I wouldn’t have came

When we checked in the front desk person was very nice and friendly. Hotel was brand new so it was clean and there was always coffee out.

When we got to the room the toilet paper holder was broken, there was a washcloth covering the smoke detector, front desk wasn't there in the morning for checkout. Front desk in the AM left the desk for a long time and came out and said she vomited! They were not knowledgeable about the area

The breakfast was good. There were various selections to chose from/hot bar, pan cakes, danish pastries, fruit. Great coffee for coffee drinkers.

The bacon served was good. However, sometimes was over-cooked.

Clean and nice beds.

Front desk was not helpful with my reservation. I do not like when they tell you: sorry but you booked with expedia. I had same issue at other hotels and front desk service deal with the situation, no matter if you booked with a third party. It seems that Holiday inns do not like third parties. If so, they should not advertised with them.
