Breakfast was yummy! The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly.

The pool was not open. I would have rated exceptional over all if the pool had been opened. We had booked a different hotel for our trip on booking.com. When we arrived, the place was so bad and smelly we cancelled before we checked in. We rebooked on booking.com but that website did not have the notice that the pool was closed. Our son, who is stationed at Ft Bragg, drove over with his family so we could meet our new 3-month-old granddaughter and see our almost 4-year-old grandson. The plan was to swim and enjoy some laid back family time. we found something else to do but it was disappointing we couldn't use the pool.

It was clean, convenient, and comfortable!

Upon arriving in our room, there was only one towel and one washcloth (there were 3 of us). We asked for more towels and were told they didn’t have any clean ones. So we all three shared one washcloth and one towel. The next morning we asked the front desk for more and we were given hand towels. On our last night my husband asked once again for towels and washcloths and the person working acted super annoyed with our request and asked how many we needed. We did receive them at that point.

There was a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff kept area stocked with food. Sitting area was clean and spacious. Lobby area was spacious and appealing with a warm feeling.

My room key kept reading yellow after going to the desk twice. Maintenance came and helped me get into my room. He was friendly. It wasn't the staff's fault. We gotta love technology..lol

room was clean and comfortable, elevators worked. ice machine was a huge bonus cause it actually worked

when i went for breakfast, everything was empty but i went at a bad time cause it seemed like everybody else went at the same time so it wasnt the hotels fault..just alot of people eating at the same time so the food went quickly

Customer Service was great. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very accommodating in answering questions and providing any additional services when needed.

They do not change the bed sheets for customers staying longer than one (1) night. You must place a request at the desk if you want clean sheets and towels. There is no hot coffee when checking out before 6:00 A.M.

This was my second trip to Charlotte in the last few weeks, the Hotel was in a centralize location. I had come into town to spend time with a very special young lady and this was my first stay at the Hotel. We did TopGolf which was right behind the hotel so that worked out great! The Bed was super comfortable, very spacious room and well stocked with all that a traveler would need. Hotel looked and smelled new and cleaned!

There were some guest, that didn't have their masks on in common areas, or while waiting for elevators. I kept mines own anytime I needed to be outside of the room. Don't feel this was the staff fault, as the signs were posted all over the Hotel to wear masks.

When we checked in the front desk person was very nice and friendly. Hotel was brand new so it was clean and there was always coffee out.

When we got to the room the toilet paper holder was broken, there was a washcloth covering the smoke detector, front desk wasn't there in the morning for checkout. Front desk in the AM left the desk for a long time and came out and said she vomited! They were not knowledgeable about the area

The room was very clean and very nice for the price that was charged. The bathroom was also very spacious along with the shower!

The area surrounding the hotel was not the best. We didn’t necessarily feel unsafe, but we wouldn’t have gone exploring around if we did not have our car with us.

The hotel is new and pristine. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, AC was cold, water pressure was perfect (these are the only things that really matter to me). Front desk lady was very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was meh, but it is what it is in the COVID era - hopefully we can get back to how it used to be soon! The toiletries in the shower smelled wonderful! Loved the soft & firm pillows too!

The lack of a fan in the bathroom - there appeared to be one above the toilet area, but maybe this was just an AC duct? Regardless, not sure if the vent was closed, but the bathroom was very hot, made worse during a shower. Please add a small bottle of lotion to the toiletries available on the bathroom counter. We stayed for the night due to a missed flight connection & all of our liquids were in our checked bag, so I had no lotion to use after my shower. I probably could've called the front desk to ask for one, but it was 4am and I just wanted to sleep. Other than these two minor things, we loved this hotel & would stay here again - and I am VERY picky when it comes to hotel rooms.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a King size bed and room and upgraded to a smoking room and ended up with a double room that was non smoking I really didn’t appreciate that bc if I knew that I wouldn’t have came
